Mahagiri Villas Sanur Reviews

Mahagiri Villas are fantastic. Very handy to the street markets in the evening for amazing local food and as a frequent visitor to Sanur this is essential for great tasting local cuisine. The service was great, the restaurant staff, in particular Gusti and Ryan went above and beyond to assist us. We can't thank them enough for the pleasure they gave us each day with food and local knowledge conversations 😀 The Villas are exactly as pictured and we loved the outside shower...even when it rained.. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice and clean villas. Staffs are fantastic. Only complaint is wifi too slow. Recommend it.

Mahagiri Villa Sanur is a nice place to stay when you are in Bali. The food is great and the all the staff are amazing. The villa is very nice that you would not want to go out. I love the amenities, the free shuttle, the free water, the restaurant, the housekeeping, the front desk, etc. Everyone is nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again.

everything is excellent. the staff is helpful and friendly. the location is a bit hard to go through but we managed. the welcome drink and snack are delicious. the pool is excellent. they also have netflix and have in room breakfast options. i love my stay here

Pool is very dirty. Bed is also very dirty . I stayed for 5 nights and out of 5nights, there were lizard **** on 3 nights. There were also stains in bath towel and bed sheet . Other than all these , hotel staff were friendly and villa still look nice

Great villa to stay. Food was incredible. Staff was amazing to us and very accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

The villa is not well prepared for my family staycation. We had broken tv, bathroom electricity black out at one of the room. Super slow internet even just to watch the Netflix. Not recommended for digital nomad out there. Living room quite dusty and got kinda moldy roof smell when we turn on the fan. Really need to improve the service quality especially for local guest.

Basic amenities ie:soaps, tissues were given. For a 5 star hotel, toothbrush, cotton buds should be given as well. Room service is affordable. Many breakfast options as well. But water pressure and temperature needs to be improved.

Nice place for staycation with family, receive a welcome drinks, very calm, the wall around the pool covered with plants, very aesthetic, staff was friendly, very recomended, and definitely will come back for longer stay here

A very good hotel and services..however some improvement need to be done on the water pressure, need also to provide tea / cofee sachets in the room

I made book for 1 bedroom villa but they upgraded me to 2 BR villa which is really big...there is big and comfy living room inside the villa with complete basic cooking tools in the kitchen...what i love the most is they provide water dispenser and big private pool also...they also give us complimentary welcome massage! Will back for sure...
