I had a very comfortable stay here. The room is huge. Actually it's more like a villa on its own. I was lucky to be staying near the restaurant. The resort is surrounded by nature, and its further away from Ubud. Being in the nature, naturally you will have ants, lizards and some insects around. So do remb to shut the doors when you are in the room and thankfully there is a curtain surrounding the bed. They have the electronic insect repellent for you too. Room keeping was prompt on a daily basis. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. They even made the effort to address you by your first name. Before checking in, there will be a little blessing ritual for you. Drinking water is readily available in your room. You can ask for top-up with no additional charges. You will be greeted with a plate of local fruits upon arrival in your room. The room has many PowerPoint for you to charge your devices and personally I had no use for the adaptor I brought as the switch itself is quite friendly with built-in adaptor. The welcome drink is really tasty. They term it Jamu. Breakfast was sumptous even with good vegetarian options. You will enjoy complimentary: - Yoga session in the evening - Shuttle bus to Ubud twice a day - Tea break - Evening cookies placed in your room Personally I think you can skip the spa. There is a cute cable car bringing you up and down as there are really many steps. You can hear the roosters every now and then. Which adds to the experience. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable stay, this is the resort for you. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing experience at this hotel. We have been to a lot of hotels and The staff here were probably the best staff we have encountered on our travels. Food was fantastic and the rooms were very clean. The reception were very eager to help us find activities to do. Over all a fantastic stay and we would love to come back again thank you!!

Amazing staff, beautiful setting, impressive food. Much, much, quieter than staying in Ubud itself, but closer enough to visit all the same sites. This place is a gem, delivering a level of service significantly higher than anywhere else we stayed in Bali at the same price point

Wonderful & tranquil feeling to be in the jungle. Well kept & clean. No lizards in the room. Big plus point. There's some small room to improve though in terms of maintenance. Hopefully things get better for them post pandemic. 2 nights is sufficient for the experience. A quick mental health recalibration.

Good hotel with best services. Only the way to the room you hve to updown the stairs. But overall is very good

First of all, because we booked this hotel very early, we forgot that we booked a jungle view villa when we checked in, and it was very late when we got back to the room, so I don’t know that the hotel gave us the jungle royal suite for the wrong room type, Afterwards, the hotel also theorized that the price of the royal suite is more expensive, but the fact is that the jungle villa we booked is more expensive. Regardless of the price, what we want is the view of the jungle villa. For this reason, my girlfriend and I were disappointed for a day, and it was my birthday , and the bathroom light in the room was broken that night, because it was too late, we didn’t want to trouble the hotel, my girlfriend broke the shampoo bottle because it was too dark to touch it accurately, and I fell asleep at the time I knew the reason was that the light was broken, and I was charged 400,000 rupiah when I checked out, so there was no theory, so after thinking about it, I was really innocent and helpless. Afterwards, Trip.com customer service refunded 200 Hong Kong dollars

It's very comfortable here, everything is very natural. Moreover, the morning is cool and dewy and the place is very supportive for lying down. The food is delicious, the staff is super friendly.

Here celebrating my partners 50th birthday. Everything about this hotel is flawless - it is absolute luxury and staff are exceptionally good, friendly and attentive. We’ve had the privilege of having a romantic dinner by the pool and being served by great team and even the chef popped over to say hello and to bring us our deserts. The restaurant crew have been brilliant, talking us through their wines and the delightful menu and the bar team are fantastic too, especially Adi Nata (Alex) & Eka. The housekeeping team have been so kind, leaving a beautiful display of flowers spelling Happy Birthday and two towel swans. Highly recommend this hotel and will most definitely be telling my friends about it. Thank you to Make Holiday Memories for booking such a wonderful place.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. Staff are exceptionally caring and genuinely friendly. Yoga is challenging but not to be missed. The Rooms (ours at least) was sensational and the attention to detail by Room Service was 5Star. The Chef did his magic and surprised on every occasion!

I can not recommend this place enough. We have been all over the world and this by far is the best experience we have had. The scenery, the facilities and most of all the staff, have been out of this world. As a celiac, I have anxiety about travelling. While this place doesn’t advertise as gluten free menu, the staff and chef went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what I was eating and making sure I didn’t miss out. They tripled checked everything and even caught one thing I missed. I was made my very own special breads, which were the best I’ve ever had. The pumpkin bread was something I’m going to have to learn to make. For the first time in 4years I didn’t feel like I was missing out or creating problems. For that alone, I can not thank the staff enough. You have no idea how rare it is to feel at ease while eating out such a gift. I just wish we had booked more days. Oh and we saw a monkey while swimming.
