Great service, quit place, big garden

Hotel is really nice, clean and the room is pretty big! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is amazing. I truly recommend this hotel if you come to Sanur for a few days. It’s also next to the beach, the hotel can lend you a bike.

Nice Balinese style hotel with a peaceful vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Short walk to the beach. Did a great yoga class there which was complimentary and everyday they had a different activity. Didn’t eat at this hotel, however, there are heaps of nice cafes and restaurants close by.

This was truly beautiful resort with excellent food. Exotically authentic. Nice pool. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach, but wonderful service and convenient for exploring Bali.

Simply an excellent hotel, friendly staff, very clean, super bed and a great breakfast, made to order with many choices. Near lots of bars and restaurants. 8 minutes walk to the beach.

Hotel does not do a good job in controlling moschitos. Also the cleaning needs to be improved. Some of the staffs in the front desk are rude and only care about money.

The hotel facilities are relatively new, the bedding is relatively comfortable, there is a large garden, breakfast is a la carte, and there are several set meals available. There are many shops and restaurants around, and there is a Chinese restaurant nearby that tastes good and is relatively affordable.

Very nice hotel in a Colonial style house The room is spacious, very comfortable bed very large balcony, the bathroom is a little austere and aging, the swimming pool is very pleasant at the end of the quiet garden, the water is warm, the deckchairs are very comfortable, the pool towels are to be changed all old and damaged The breakfast is very good (a la carte) the delicious pastries served hot, fresh fruit juice Beautiful place located in the shade in front of the hotel for lunch (armchair or chair) The meals taken around the pool are delicious (nice menu) The hotel lacks finishing to be perfect like the curtains of the room cut with scissors, the pool towels, the dilapidated state of the bathroom (shower joints) the taps ... too bad for a 5 star hotel But we loved its location, the calm, the atmosphere overall

This kind of Southeast Asian style hotel room is totally unbearable 😂. We checked in at around 11pm. It felt like we were on a winding country road and arrived at a corner. The garden inside the hotel was nice. After entering, the room was also in the Southeast Asian religious style. Even the paintings in the room were stone elephants. There was a smell of Southeast Asian spices in the room. People who are not used to it should choose carefully. The hotel service was good. Even at such a late hour, there was still someone to take the luggage and explain patiently. However, the sanitary conditions and details in the room were not very good. The toilet and shower faucets were all rusted. There was a half-high wall separating the shower and the bathroom. If you look at the environment of the hotel, it's not bad, but the room is still a bit unacceptable for this kind of room with a religious color. The sanitary conditions and details need to be improved. After all, a place to rest is more comfortable with a clean and tidy sanitary environment.
