Our four-night stay at the Laguna was a delightful dive into luxury, with its lush tropical garden and the nice, ramified pool landscape. The beautiful sandy beach was a highlight of our stay. Located amidst other luxury hotels, the area offered a rich selection of beachside dining opportunities. However, the „early competition“ for sunbeds during peak times, especially at beachside, did occasionally affect our mood. Despite this, the Laguna did stand out as a luxurious tropical retreat for a memorable stay, which we enjoyed.

We had great time in Laguna. The villa is beautiful and very enjoyable with a private pool in the yard. The butlers and all the other staffs are very friendly, and always being willing to help, especially the manager Awi, who is very professional,caring and considerate. I will definitely recommend my friends stay in Laguna if they visit Bali.

This is our first stay at The Laguna Resort, the hotel staff always keep us feel welcome and smile all time, thank you for the the Laguna team look after us during our stay. We enjoyed our dining at few food and beverage outlets although some of them are under renovation l.

Lovely hotel with a few nice restaurants and pools. Overpriced but still very good. The biggest issue I had with this hotel was that the rooms sound proofing is not good and you can hear whats happening in the corridors pretty clearly. I was woken up early in the day a few times because of this. Not what I expect from a luxury five star hotel.

Incredible secluded location in the heart of Nusa Dua. Resort is well maintained with beautiful luxury villas. Service was impeccable and staff super friendly. Food and drinks are exceptional full of colours and flavours! Beach super clean and peaceful.

I stayed in 3 hotels in Bali, and the one I was most satisfied with was The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort and Spa The hotel is the venue for the G20 Bali Summit, so I thought it would be a good choice. After comparison, I found that Ctrip did have an advantage, so I placed an order before departure. When I arrived at the hotel, I had a feeling that the hotel would be very pleasantly surprised when I took a taxi to enter the hotel area and had to go through a security check. When I passed the security check, the service staff specially gave me local flowers from Bali. After entering the hotel lobby, there were dancers in local costumes who performed a welcome dance. The experience was very good~ When checking in, the hotel upgraded the original basic room type to a room with direct access to the swimming pool. This upgrade really made this experience particularly memorable. Being able to swim in and out of the room became the standard for choosing a room for the next vacation. In addition, I applied for a mobile room card through the Marriott Bonvoy app (needs to be approved by the front desk, it is recommended to apply for it together when checking in), and from then on, I started a happy life without a room card when I go out. Hotel food and drink: From the experience point of view, Arwana has the best experience. In August, you can experience Australian lamb chops. It is a very typical Western restaurant. Kulkul is second. Kulkul is more snacks and drinks. It is closer to the beach, so it is very suitable for eating and drinking in the afternoon sun. However, the experience is flawed. On the first day, I ordered coconut water. After eating, I took the coconut back to the room and found that the coconut was already sour. I guess it was not fresh when it was served. Banyubiru is the location of the self-service breakfast restaurant. The variety is very rich. When I sat indoors on the first day, the indoor waiter was very considerate. Everything was delivered in time, and if the ice cream was not finished, he would help pack it; on the second day, when I was outdoors, all the waiters made people feel that the service attitude was average. I didn’t maliciously speculate whether they were only willing to serve white people, but I did feel that they were treated differently.

The main reason for booking this hotel is to experience the Nusa Dua area. There is no feeling of a resort hotel at all, which is similar to a fast hotel. Second, there are many rooms in the hotel, and the density is very high. I dare not open the curtains of the garden view room arranged for me, because the trail outside can directly see the bed in the room. Later, I took a walk in the hotel park and found that many rooms have this problem, and there is no privacy. Third, the food is buffet. There are many varieties, but the quality is very average. Dinner is ordered at a restaurant on the beach. The grilled pork chop tastes very good, and the others are average. There are many swimming pools in the hotel, which is a feature, but many swimming pools are empty and no one swims. It feels that the planning is excessive. The only advantage is that there is a Bali collection next to it, which is relatively convenient for shopping. I bought some souvenirs before leaving. As for pictures, I didn’t take many even after searching through my phone. My wife was quite disappointed and felt that the money was not worth it.

The hotel rooms are very tasteful, clean and romantic. The service pays attention to details and the staff are very friendly. The private swimming pool has a very good view and a full sense of vacation. There is no independent beach. If you want to go to the beach, you need to take the hotel's free shuttle bus, which is still a bit far. It is suitable for a leisurely vacation in the hotel.
