We had a ocean facing one bedroom suite. Whilst it was spacious, the suite looks dated and needs refurbishment. It was also dusty when we first checked in. We provided feedback to the front desk that evening and problem was immediately rectified. We hope the resort can keep up the resort to give the best first impression to their customers in the future.

Great location and beautiful peaceful nature all around. The resort is beautiful and the villa was just perfect! Very intimate and bougie it has everything you need and more. The resort has a beach area which is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Food was divine and full of colours and flavours. Do not hesitate to chose the resort, it will leave you breathless and wanting for more!

Lightning-proof Seminyak Legian!! The price-performance ratio is seriously inconsistent! Facilities: The sealing of windows and doors is too poor and loose, and there is a strange sound when the wind blows outside at night as shown in the picture. There are people talking at the door all the time, and everyone in the room can hear it. Hygiene: There are 3-4 geckos on the balcony, and the bathtub is not cleaned as shown in the picture. How can such sanitary conditions be called five-star? Environment: The hotel is small, and many places, including the lobby, are open without air conditioning. The daytime temperature is more than 30 degrees, which is a bad experience. Service: The most important thing is service! ! The front desk staff took the credit card to check our identity information. We asked the credit card not to be taken away for us to check on the spot, and began to make a strange face and attitude. The day before check-out, we called our room three times in a row and asked us to check out at 12 o'clock the next day. What's the reason? The most important thing is breakfast! ! The flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel in the early morning. The housekeeper still patiently led us to explain the room tour. I won't go into details about the environment and scenery. I was amazed at the first sight when I checked in. It is worthy of the design of the master. I was impressed by the details of the service and the cleanliness. All the staff were kind and friendly and served with a smile. The pest control in the room and public areas was done very well.
