Ótima localização! Recepcionistas muito ruins, não tinha mais vaga no estacionamento PAGO do hotel, nos encaminharam para um estacionamento parceiro, que tinha um nome diferente do que estava no cartão, ficamos procurando, quando enviamos mensagem para o hotel para confirmar o lugar, eles liam, mas não respondiam. Cafe da manhã ok, elevador muito cheio, fazendo filas. Ainda bem que ficamos no terceiro andar, pois só utilizamos escadas.

Hotel bem localizado, atendentes educados e simpáticos. Um ponto ruim é a questão dos elevadores e também tem a questão dos chuveiros que nem sempre estão quentes.

Localização excelente, muito bom custo benefício só a questão dos elevadores que é pouco para o tamanho do prédio e acredito que o local para o café da manhã seja pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes que se hospeda

As instalações são regular, necessitando de reformas, inclusive nos elevadores, que não atende as necessidades do hotel, obrigando os hóspides a utilizarem as escadas. O café da manhã é bom.

Roupas de cama rasgadas e ar condicionado muito antigo e barulhento. Quando faço reserva direto no hotel , fico em quartos com ar condicionado novo e melhor localizado.
