The room is relatively large, the service is average, and it is close to a famous university, with the university campus across the road.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Washington Monument and the Peabody Library, and has a sense of history, but the air conditioner really rings through the entire floor. The front desk service loves to ignore it and feels bad.

The location and view are 5 stars. The hotel is small and has insufficient facilities but the decoration design is 4 stars. The service is in place and enthusiastic. However, the late-shift front desk may not have parking for them. It is a bit negative 3 stars.

The Hotel Revival is Baltimore's best kept hotel secret. It's the most charming property I have stayed at in years, and I can't wait for my next visit to Hopkins to have an excuse for another visit. The staff was friendly, the neighborhood is charming, the property was spotless, and the entire hotel is insta-worthy.

We chose this hotel because we had stayed in there many years ago when it was under different ownership. The location is ideal for easy access to Camden Yards, the Inner Harbor, Penn Station and fine restaurants in Mt. Vernon. There is easy access to Light RailLink. When we arrived we were amazed by the remodel that was completed by the new owners. The rooms are gorgeous, and we were in a room with a stunning view of the Washington Monument (Yes! Baltimore also has a Washington Momument!). Staff was very professional and answered all our questions. There is a top floor restaurant with beautiful views of the city. This will be our 'go to' hotel in Baltimore. I highly recommend.

What a lovely stay. The. neighborhood is beautiful with a charming park and the historic Washington Monument. Will stay here again the time we’re in B’more. Amazing value! Five star quality for three star price.
