DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! Absolute disaster. There was a sketchy email that we (Bonvoy members) had been moved to a hotel 22 miles away days before our reservation. We called the corporate HQ to see if this was real. Their answer was, "Maybe an Ambassador is coming and they need to move people," but then we got ahold of the hotel itself and they confirmed that we had a reservation and all was good. We showed up at the hotel on the day of our reservation and they said, "Sorry, some of our A/C is out so we are moving you to that hotel 22 miles away." No other rooms available, sorry, tough crap. Total nightmare, we will NEVER stay here again.

The furniture is run down, the room is super dusty, the tub had rust spot, and the service was subpar. They did not honor my request for a feather free room. No one is seemingly handling the app for service requests. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my stay at all as a Bonvoy member.

The staff was overwhelmingly nice, helpful, and courteous. I will say the that all the doubles that I saw available were only fulls. It makes for a super uncomfortable sleep with the family

Friendly & helpful staff throughout hotel, very clean room, convenient location, good cooling system in room. Hotel was full because of Phillies vs Orioles baseball games (2 of the best teams this season!). Staff were 'on top' of all guests' needs throughout the weekend. Convenient location to ballparks and to inner harbor area.

We have stayed at countless Marriott properties, and this one was by far the worst in every single way. The staff did not appear to anticipate a rush of sports fans. We booked more than a month in advance and requested early check in as elite members. Upon arrival, there is no valet. It was a complete free for all. My pregnant wife was scolded by the front desk for not bringing the parking card to them first, even though this was the instructions we were given. We arrived around 12:30 and waited over 3 hours for our room. The lines for check in were well beyond anything we’ve ever seen before. The room we waited for was almost unhabitable (see photos). For $350 a night, the room should be immaculate. I have seen some people using the word “dated”. That would truly be a compliment. It is absolutely disgusting. There are significant health concerns here. We are embarrassed to call ourselves loyal Marriott customers having been to this hotel. Despicable in every way imaginable.
