room is clean. A little noise because of the aircondition.

It belongs to a hotel-style apartment, spacious and comfortable, cost-effective, very good.

When I checked out, the front desk staff told me that Marriott members can get points, but I need to call the member center. As a result, I called the customer service to tell the third party that there must be no points. I stayed for 27 nights in total, but all the points were wasted. I am amazed at how such a large group trains its employees.

I brought my son and teammate (both 13 years old) to Baltimore for a national chess tournament. Our stay was from Thursday, April 4 through Monday, April 8. We had a great time and loved the amenities (full fridge, cooktop, microwave, kitchen sink, coffee maker, FREE wonderful breakfast). Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms are modern and clean. The chess tournament was at the convention center which was an easy/safe walk from the Residence Inn straight down Light Street to Pratt (less than 10 minutes). We loved the Dunkin' Doughnuts next door to the hotel and also were happy to find good kid-friendly restaurants nearby. The kids were also thrilled to find a free pool table in the hotel sports bar ("Urban Roost"). They played pool every night. ON the last evening we walked down to the harbor and shopped. We also ate at Hard Rock. Easy walk back--and felt pefectly safe even at almost 9 pm. Thanks for a great stay!

Delayed my early check in twice just to put me in a dirty room (hair all over bathroom floor, stains on curtains,) requested a crib during my reservation a month ago received two broken pack and plays (that is there “crib”), room door would not open with the access card, had to call room service multiple times hours apart just to get a couple towels and trash bags. Had better complimentary breakfasts at other Marriotts. The area was right in the heart of the inner harbor which made a good location but the stay was not pleasant to say the least. I would not recommend.

Hotel is close by to a lot of popular tourist destinations. Carpet by the hallway and inside the room are dirty.

The property was great. The location was great. The dining options were plentiful. Staff was nice. I will stay here again.

we stayed a total of 4 nights and never got any house keeping to our room. We spoke with the front desk staff twice asking to come to our room and we saw the front desk write our request on a piece of paper, yet for whatever reason they never came. We spoke with front desk again and they apologized and said they are unsure why housekeeping never came, Quite poor service

Lobby is straight forward, breakfast is right by the elevators so no searching early in the morning. Breakfast is average hotel fair. Hotel is clean, having a kitchen in the room is convenient. The pull out bed isn't comfortable, has a sharp downward slope. Would recommend getting a two bed room if necessary.

The rooms are very specious. The coffee service in each room could be upgraded. The front desk personnel were very nice but they could have used more help.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff at the front lobby and the valet attendants were very helpful, attentive, and provided exceptional service. Our room was a downer; updates needed and bugs were in the bathroom.

I Do not Know if ******* or the Hotel lists the location as INNER HARBOR it is not on the Harbor the pictures online are deceiving the Room Furnishings are extremely old the bed was nothing like pictured Will never stay here again and will definitely warn others
