room is clean. A little noise because of the aircondition.

退房時前台服務人員告訴我萬豪會員可以積分，不過需要電話通知會員中心。結果打電話給客服告知第三方一定沒有積分.一共住了27晚，結果積分全部浪費。
這樣大集團對員工的培訓，讓我很驚訝。

When I checked out, the front desk staff told me that Marriott members can get points, but I need to call the member center. As a result, I called the customer service to tell the third party that there must be no points. I stayed for 27 nights in total, but all the points were wasted.
I am amazed at how such a large group trains its employees.

Came down to inner harbor for the night with my family. We stayed at a residence inn back in October when we went to Atlanta, so we knew we wanted to stay again in residence inn. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Valet parking was very convenient. Short 10 minute walk to the harbor. Close to many restaurants/bars. 

We loved this hotel, Very very clean, and the staff at the desk was outstanding. We will stay again for Christmas. The hotel is located very close to everything. Great shopping. Only draw back was that breafast was not what is used to be

Suite, large room and kitchen can also be used. The breakfast is normal American stuff, and there is something in the nostalgic gourmet bar next to it. But in the black area, don't want me to go out at night! ! !
