Definitely an upgrade from the normal stay very secure secluded and quiet in the night so you can get a peaceful nights rest absolutely would recommend to a friend stopping in town to visit friends and family or a lay over in between destinations

The staff is friendly and nice. You get what you pay for though- There is no continental breakfast, it’s coffee and packaged snack cakes. The facility is dated; mismatched furniture and the bed was sunken in the middle.

House keeping doesn't come every day. Ceilings are dusty. Nothing to do at hotel... no amenities.

Vary dirty run down staff mean and unhelpful all around bad hotel.

What I didn't like was No Breakfast. The TV service was questionable. I had to change rooms twice and almost a third time. I sometimes smelled cigarettes smoke.

We travel a lot, have stayed in many different hotels / motels. This is easily the single worst experience of years of touring. To start, we had an issue with the names on the room reservation. I made a call to the front desk on the way to the hotel. We simply wanted them to be aware of the fact that one room was assigned to an individual who could not be at check in and we were going to check in with another individuals name. I was greeted with an attitude that did not convey welcome, and a complete unwillingness to do the most simple of things. Keep in mind, we were staying here for about 5 hours tops. We had just finished a performance in Philadelphia and had a very early performance in Baltimore. They forced me to go through the arduous task of speaking to ********** to get the name changed. The rooms were dirty which hid the fact that they needed a major remodeling. The water was a consistent color of yellow to rust. Our recomendation to you is if you have a choice between America's Best Value Inn Baltimore and staying in your car; choose your car.

A lot of itching on my body and had leave it at midnight ma and my son and asked for refund some money and didn’t do it so that’s why I don’t recommend this place to stay

The facility and service was fine given the price (Very low price). The room was clean and comfortable but the facility is a little worn (Leaky faucet in bathroom for example.) The "breakfast" was disappointing - Twinkies and dingdongs in a basket and not great coffee.

The hallways and rooms reeked of old smoke and mildew. The king matress had evidence of bed bugs and was very stained. We left imediatley.

One night stay over after a ballgame with my kid. Place was horribly outdated and in disrepair. Furniture looked like purchased from yard sales nothing matched. Smoke free room yet had an ash tray and burn marks everywhere. Did not even supply room with towels to be able to shower

From day one ofstay we had issues. Was given an occupied room, facing an angry occupant, since we woke him. Second room keys don't work, third time was a charm. Vending machines on all floors are all unplugged, not workinng. Lobby ones are plugged in but have signs "Out of Order" the lobby chairs were taped off with signs saying do not sit. Needless to say we had to run out to nearest store to get water bottles. Breakfast was from 5:30 to 9:30 we get down 9:20 and room is already closed up on both days. The rooms are in major need of upgrading. Time to invest in new bedding and linens. Very disappointed! Worst we have ever stsyed in

All I can say is wow. The desk gave us keys to a room already occupied. Lets just say the occupants weren't happy we woke them up. We go back down and get a new room. Back up on the 5th floor again, get to the room, keys don't work. Luckily after a half hour third time was a charm.
