我們在這家酒店住得總體來說還行,我也推薦這家酒店,尤其是那些傾向於住靠近機場和港口酒店的人,但是這裏確實有些地方還有待改進。不錯的方面有:裝飾總體不錯,床上用品和廁所用品質量不錯,茶水很好喝,在汝來的位置也不錯。但是禮賓很差勁。我詢問了一些關於威斯特敏斯特教堂的內部信息,但是衹得到了開放的時間。沒有早餐。但是我們的房間是奢華的大床房,而且窗戶的隔音效果很好,浴室也很寬敞。但是令我氣憤的是酒店的管道被破壞了,而且周六的時候附近會有抗議遊行。大多數的酒店都會給客人關於行程的建議,也會幫助客人選擇備用路線,但是這家酒店沒有給出相應的通知,我們不得不最後變更計劃。我反饋給禮賓(跟之前的禮賓是同一個人)的時候,得到的回應是獃滯的目光。我們在這裏住得還不錯。

Stayed in this hotel a couple of times due to its location close to the centre of town and universities. This recent stay had an unpleasant check in as room was filled with cigarette smell. However, the receptionist was able to change my room without much fuss. Will be good if the hotel can meet guest room preference when we have been staying there a number of times. Smoke free rooms will be great. Note: some rooms are without windows.

Stayed for 2 nights. Exceeded expectations for 2 star hotel at a very reasonable price. Lot of parking space available. Friendly staff and ever willing to help. Room and bathroom are cleaned and comfortable. Nearby to aeon mall and walking distance to food restaurants around. Reccomended.
