We hebben 3 nachten doorgebracht in deze heerlijke B&B. Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op de stad Bandarawella. Prima uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te ontdekken. Dankzij de goede zorgen van Kanna en de fantastische kookkunsten van Gregory zijn dit 3 dagen geworden om nooit te vergeten!

Fantastisch! We voelden ons koninklijk. Er is personeel aanwezig die voor het ontbijt zorgt en alles voor je kunnen regelen. Wij konden voor het avondeten gebruik maken van een kok, die geweldig kookt (Ik weet niet of dit een standaard service is). De eigenaar was zeer gastvrij, had verschillende goede tips en was erg betrokken. Het huis is erg verzorgd en je hebt een fantastisch uitzicht, de veranda kijkt uit op de bergen en de stad. We verbleven er drie nachten, het was voor ons een uitvalbasis voor de uitjes. De service en de kwaliteit versus de prijs zorgt voor ons voor een 5 sterren review.

We had decided to spend our Christmas holidays at the Sagala bungalow in Bandarawela. Located in the country town of Bandarawela, the bungalow sits among the calm and quiet natural habitat. Surrounded by lush green flora, a perfect place for a quiet holiday retreat. The interiors of the bungalow is beautifully curated with modern amenities. Very comfortable sitting lounge area with two double rooms on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. The common pantry has the tea/coffee making facility with the in-house chef who is ready to prepare any International or local cuisine of your choice. The rates are on b&b basis. Very cozy, comfortable and homely experience and we would definitely recommend Sagala to our friends and holiday makers. Sagala is located 20 minutes away from all the Elle touristic attractions. Some being the Nine Arches Bridge, Ravana Falls, Dunhinda Falls, Demodara Loop & Little Adams Peak to name a few. At present times especially, if you wish to visit these attractions plus stay safe from the crowds at Elle town especially; Bandarawela and the Sagala bungalow is a great option, definitely value for money plus a peaceful holiday spot.
