Was really impressed by the service at the hotel. I wanted to take a moment to personally thank for the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality Langit (Sky) extended to us during our stay at Moxy Hotel in Bandung.
His helpfulness and kind assistance, especially with our request to help with the enquiry of the anklang performance details and with some stuff after check-out, truly made our experience memorable.
We look forward to returning to Moxy in the future, and we will definitely recommend it to others.

I love their bathroom soap & shampoo, they smell great! The location was at a crossroad so it was pretty reachable and east to find. But the room was too small for that price point. Also, when we parked our car in their basement, they were fixing some plumbing issues, and whoa the stink... I had to wash my hair once we got into our room because it made my hair smell the worst even though I only passed by for a minute. I felt bad for the workers :')

By far, the best staff I have see. At a hotel in Bandung. Cool and modern hotel. Super clean. Great breakfast. Only complaint would be that the room was quite small. Besides that, great experience!
