This is the first time I have a bad review about a hotel: + strategic location, only 1 km to Braga and 100 m to BIP + nice view of the breakfast area and swimming pool + friendly restaurant staff + 24-hour check-in - unfriendly receptionist - parking must use valet, not free and sometimes have to wait a long time (I stayed here for 3 nights) - standard room, industrial theme only helped because the building is still new but see 3-5 years from now it will definitely be an old-school hotel, creepy and the vibes are like a grandmother's house in the past - thin pillows are not fluffy, blankets are very thin and ugly - towels when asked to be changed get ones that smell of cigarettes - bathroom because it doesn't use ceramic floors so it looks dirty - breakfast is cramped and VERY VERY INCOMPLETE for a 4-star hotel standard. Maybe because it's a budget hotel, but pay 730 thousand per night on weekdays? Not worth it - hair dryer is not provided in the room but if you ask for it, it will be given - breakfast has no butter, you have to ask for it I'm surprised the reviews on Traveloka are so high, I think it's because of the buzzer. I feel cheated and won't stay here again if there are other options.

The hotel service is average for the price range, and the breakfast is also decent. There are convenient facilities such as shopping malls nearby. The Whitney Center is very small. The soundproofing is not good.

The location and staff were both good The nasi goreng served for breakfast was spicy and just suited my taste. However, when I first entered the bathroom, it was difficult because there was a unique smell and there was no intermediate step between hot and cold water in the shower. I almost got boiled.
