Hotels near TUJO AREA, Bandung Wetan

I stayed in this hotel for two days and it was a good stay. When she left, she left some money in the safety deposit box. I was then called and received all my valuables. I thank the hotel management and security department.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and comfortable., strategic location close to the mall, close to Jln Ciampelas.

When I checked in, I was asked to wait while they were checking the room. After waited more than 10 minutes, the receptionist told me that I could enter the room. Some of my complains: 1. There was a cockroach inside the bathroom 2. The handle of shower is broken (not attached properly as the inside part of it is teared off) 3. The tap output channel was broken, this effects the stream is quite powerful as there is no filter to hold the stream 4. I booked a double bed, however it was 2 twin bed that become 1 bed. However, the hotel staff was pretty kind to give me 2 additional complimentary drinks.

Love the room except for the noise from traffic as we were on lower floor. Breakfast was very good and huge selection to choose from. Location was excellent and lastly the service was wonderful.

I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. Breakfast is quite varied. Security is also friendly and friendly. Thank you management Grand Pacific Bandung.

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

Malaka Hotel. It’s wonderful that I can stay here with my family. My friend recommended this hotel to me. Well, it’s a cheap and I wasn’t expecting such good service. But Mr. Dwi and Mr. And I did an excellent job of welcoming the guests. My family and I were also given a complimentary drink and snack. Soto is my favorite, and it was delicious. My mother also ordered a Healthy Juice and Oglio from room service. My mother said it was delicious, but I was unable to try it. And, just as my brother and I were about to begin eating breakfast, Mr Andi informed us that our parents could also join us. Meanwhile, the room plus breakfast that we ordered is only for 2 people. I was surprised, and I immediately informed my mother and father that we had received free breakfast. Anyway, Malaka Hotel Bandung, thank you for the experience. I will definitely return when I am in Bandung.

Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. These successes show that your management in the hotel is excellent and all the employees move within the framework and rules of the hotel and provide good services to the guests. Coming to the night, got free upgrade to deluxe because asking for 2 single beds. The room was nice, and clean, just the bathroom was not closed. The most friendly part of the basement parking area, although rame, but still provided. Breakfast is decent. Access to the hotel can be two ways, through the gas station, a front (gang)

Outstanding hotel, nice view with a bunch of kids activities. Rizky Front office staff gave us excellent service very friendly and helpful. Also Roslita restaurant staff in charge very understanding with our conditions (family with 3 kids). Definitely will return for next weekend
