Tv was not working and even after complain it was not resolved. There was some stinking smell in the room

5. It was a pleasant stay the property was too good than expected. The people there were polite and humble. There was no issues in checking in and out

The location of the hotel was in a calm place. Hotel rooms are very cleaned and hygienic. Staffs of the hotel was very nice, kind and very helpful. I liked the hotel very much. Will stay there again.

As a couple we had our one day outing near indiranagar. So we stayed at the residency and the experience was super. The washroom was clean, the bed was good. We loved it.

I found it to make my trip and it's really a good place to stay i also like cleaning and well maintained places.

At check-in, we had to wait and call the number at reception many times before the receptionist arrived. He was courteous although the premises themselves are new, not properly maintained we were first allotted a room. The sheets and pillow covers were unchanged with hair on them there were hair in the toilet seat too i asked for change of sheets, but they gave us different room. Which is appreciable the second room was ok, but still dust on the floor hot water supply was good, no food, check out was smooth

Everything is fine except the placing of the ac in the room. Not aware if every room has the same issue but it needs to be placed at a suitable point.
