Service is terrible, waited 1 hour for a cup of tea. Responce of restaurant service is pathetic. Rooms are average.

even though it is in middle of the city like Gandhinagar , it is a very Peace full area , hotel interior is very good , room was very good with all amenities and food was also good 👍

Nice experience staying at hotel. Food quality was good. Staff coordinated well. Guided well for the same. Amenities offered are nice.

Got covered in bedbug bites. Luggage had begbugs. No hot water. Door didn't have safety lock. Had to call and ask to get toilet paper. Its a trap.

The receptionist had a really bad behaviour and was talking loud to the ladies without respect. The room and other things were good but the behaviour of the guy made our stay uncomfortable.

You get what you pay for, good location in heart of city but room was missing towels, water, tea coffee etc. Hot water took long time to work. Room had an odd smell throughout. Long, unnecessary for filling at check in. Kitchen was disgusting and food wasn't available because the chef was 'asleep' left a day early.
