it's was a great stay, loved the guesture. the service was excellent. the staffs were very friendly especially in the reception. overall it's a great stay in the heart of the city. definitely recommend. thank you [make my trip] great suggestion 🙂

The representatives were rude also untidy rooms. I had to vacate the room very same night. I had booked the room for 3 nights and checked out on the same night

I stayed between 18-19 may 2024. The receptionist lady is the most rude person. No proper respect for guests even though i’ve booked a suite room. I will be stopping booking with olive, from now due to behaviour of that lady.

Not good, could have been spacious, clean and not including a bad smell. The place was kind of uncomfortable and conjugated.

I have stayed for 3days and no room cleaning was done. Also, they didn’t replace the towel’s also. Because of this i ended up using the used towel again for 2nd sam day. Apart from this no issues

Its a horrible experience. No amenities tidy bed and smelly rooms. This is a lodge kind of hotel. Not suitable for business travelers.

Good hotel. Food is good but a little pricey. Room is good. Beds are really comfy. Need a little more cleaning. Saw some ants in washroom and mosquitoes in the room. However, i called the hotel staff at 2am and they supported instantly.

First day i was not having water bottle even though i conplained three time. Didnt got wifi internet as hotel wifi was not wrking. The location of the hotel was centre of the city but phone reception was too poor. Every time i was supposed to go out and take the call. So overall experience is a passable hotel
