Hotel location was average, but service were excellent. Stuffs were friendly and proactive. Foods were excellent. Price was reasonable. Other than location overall experience was satisfactory.

Good supporting staff. Nice ambience. Pressure on water taps needs to be increased as the existing pressure is inadequate.

First ever below average stay, in my booking through make-my trip using more than 15 years of experience. Parking is not adequate; washroom is not clean and had water issue. Customer service was below the mark. Did not expect such bad experience, that too in a hotel at bangalore known for good in hospitality stay.
