Bangkok Hotels with Free Breakfast

Terrible experience, it felt like I’m staying in a motel without category, hotel is old and smelly, everything in the room is old. Shower is very old too. Check in and check out procedures will take ages, will wait in the line as at the airport and then very slow registration process, although staff is very polite and nice. Lobby looks grandiose but in reality all looks very old. Windows in the room were incredibly dirty and the room view unpleasant. The only surprisingly positive moment is breakfast, despite bad coffee the choice of options is incredible, looks like lunch buffet and the food is tasty. Before checkout at 12 pm at 11:35 I had 2 calls within 3 minutes from reception with information that I need to check out, I said I know that at 12, they said it’s just a reminder, never had this before, weird. Located within 5 min walk to Nana BTS. Overall, I’ll never stay here again even if the price is cheap.

The Oakwood Hotel’s staff are all friendly, especially the cleaning staff who are always greeting and friendly with the biggest and happiest smiles! The Premier Studio I booked was great. It’s got an ironing board and iron, kitchen with fridge and microwave, closet with a safe, big bathroom & shower, bidet toilet, bathroom amenities & a very comfortable bed! The TV also has quite a few international channels which was appreciated. The pool is small but great to cool off! The room was very clean, even the floors under the bed and sofa! Great job to the cleaning staff. The hotel is about a 10min walk to Thong Lo BTS Station which was convenient. NEGATIVES: The towels are horrible, old and stained with brown stains. The towels are also frayed. This even with the replacement towels. Cannot blame the cleaning staff on this issue. It’s a management issue. Considering the rates the hotel charges, they can at least invest in new towels. They are the worst towels I’ve ever had in hotels across Asia. Oakwood can definitely improve on this!

This hotel offer an extremely good service during my friend birthday staycation here and we really enjoyed a wonderful time here. The view are nice and the hotel is quite. Eventhough it is abit old but when we check out, we saw the cleaner pull out even the bed frame and clean every hidden corner precisely. So i feel the cleaniness here is tip top. Overall, i enjoy the stay here very much with their supreme customer service

Vince Hotel Pratunam was a disappointment. The location and service of the staff were exceptional and the saving grace of such a run down hotel. Here are a few warnings: the room smells musty and you can tell it is humid inside. There are no dehumidifiers which would be fine if there wasn't mold. The management of the hotel has decided painting over the mold would solve their problems. In the pictures attached to this review, you'll be able to see the slob of paint they put on top of the black mold. Seriously, im usually good with small things like this but my throat killed me with all the mold spores in the room. Due to the humidity in the room, the bedding has a constant feel of being wet as if taken out of the dryer too early. The pool was decently sized and looked clean, but the gym is just a 10 Sq meter room with 3 machines and a bench. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices so kudos on that. They are also actively doing renovations as of July 2024 so don't expect a quiet stay, but maybe it will lead to a better stay in the future.

We love this hotel sooo much.So beautiful and lovely views and boat ride.the staffs are soooo attentive to details.They provide birthday cake with glass dome cover and not a plastic wrap like most hotels.They even fold our left clothes when we were out and kept room tidy.They even gave 2 glass bottles to drink when we check out.We love the place so much and miss so much. Defintely recommended.A gem in bangkok.And staffs follow u till you are in your taxi and wish you.wow!

Location: 9.5/10 The hotel is just next to the Central World, about a 5-minute walk away.However, there is a road with heavy traffic that needs to be crossed, which can be inconvenient at times. Service: 9/10 All staff have friendly, happy faces and provide a high standard of service.The hotel arranges for a staff member to stand in the lobby to greet guests.During breakfast service hours, staff also walk around to greet guests. Room: 8/10 The room size is quite spacious, which is expected for a hotel located in the center of Bangkok.However, the rooms look a bit dated and could use some refreshing. Facilities: 9/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including -Swimming pool, Gym, Table tennis, Yoga room, Steam room and Sauna. Nice clean room, comfortable bed, friendly & efficient staff. The only downside was too many noisy and inconsiderate Indians.

Location is prime, service with a smile.. the staff are all brilliant with can do attitudes, amenities well maintained, breakfast is delicious and in a nutshell staying here is great value and a fantastic experience.

The hotel is really 7 mins walk from nearest bts, quite convenient as the streets are not as busy and packed with alot of people compared to another nearest ibis hotel few stations away. Close to 7E, accomodating service from the staff. The room is comfortable too but probably can improve a bit more as there’s a little baby cockroaches roaming around. But overall we had a good stay. Thank you.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on our stop over in Bangkok. As soon as we arrived we were so impressed; the lobby was super inviting and modern. The staff were so accommodating, friendly and attentive to our every need during our stay. We stayed on the 32nd floor and the views of Bangkok from our window were just insane, we had a perfect view of the sunset and at night time it just felt magical! We could even see the Mahanakon Sky walk from our room which wasn’t far from the hotel which we ended up visiting ( would recommend if you like heights and a roof top drink! ) The room was spacious, we had all our luxuries with coffee/ tea, hairdryer and even the small details of supplying some extra toiletries ( my girlfriend really appreciated these ! ) The room felt very modern and was a comfortable place for us to catch up on some work ( as we work online ) whilst feeling right at home. On that note the wifi is very fast! Whilst travelling around we love to make time to keep on top of our fitness and the hotel gym was perfect for our needs, great variety of equipment and floor space for yoga. The outdoor pool was perfect to chill out on the loungers and go for a dip with some scenic city views! We also had breakfast here and the variety of hot / cold food was good and the coffees were amazing! The omelette station was our favourite! We were told they are building a bar and restaurant for the 38th floor which wasn’t ready when we were there but that will definitely be such a nice touch! Gutted we couldn’t experience that, maybe next time when we come back to Bangkok. Location was very good, not far from shopping centres like icon Siam and central world ( about 10 min taxi ride ) and a few restaurants and cafes around the neighbourhood. It's also a 15 minute walk to Lumpini park. Would really recommend this hotel for comfort, location, wifi and just a really lovely stay! Can’t wait to come back! Lauren and Reece.
