Very convenient place to stay. Room cleaning not as good.
Essential things like towels and toilet rolls not replace.

Good stay at Novotel at Siam Square, location is very near siam bts station. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful.

the room was nice and clean. morning breakfast with varioties of food. the location make it 10 point .. near to all shopping plaza .. massage around the hotel.

Hotel is at a great place. However, the room quality is not very good (our first room the aircon was too windy and noisy that we had to change the room at mid might, the 2nd room we had was better).
However the hotel after we checked out did not allow us to use the ground floor rest room (???). Hope that the hospitality level will improve next time.

Assigned 18 floor and the rooms tv, aircon, noisy. Will not book this hotel anymore.

The location is very good, at Siam Square area, opposite Siam Paragon. Siam station is less than 5 minutes walk away.
Shopping and eateries are easily accessible.
The room size is comfortable but the cleanliness can improve: dust found around the standing lamp, a layer of dust found when close the toilet seat cover. One of the day, they only replace one towel when there were 2 of us staying, and another day, they forgot to place the bath mat after removing the dirty one.
Front desk service is good. Lifts are a little weird, you’ll see the lift level going up down and even bypassing your floor 😅
Overall, the experiences are okay and I won’t mind staying there again if I’m opting for a reasonably priced hotel.

Good location as next to Siam BTS . This hotel surrounded by lots of massage centre . Siam paragon just 4 mins walk from hotel . Thanks for FOC upgrading deluxe room . Really appreciated. First time see those farm animals special event just outside the hotel along the Siam square .

Our go-to hotel in Bangkok. Love the distance to bts station (Siam) & the sheltered link way to many shopping places in the vicinity.

Would definitely recommend this hotel! Room was very spacious and had sofa to lounge on. Very near BTS Siam, with lots of eating, shopping and massage places nearby. Siam paragon and Siam Centre is just opposite. Plus point when staying on high floor is that we even got perfect sunset view from our room!

The hotel location was good. Just next to Siam BTS and beside Siam Square. The hotel lobby staff were all very friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The room was quite soundproof as i didn't hear any noise throughout the stay. The room was spacious and clean. Room slipper provided. Iron and iron board is also available inside the wardrobe. They also give complimentary bottle water. I simply enjoy my stay here.

location is ideal. weather is very humid. nearby have plenty of massage place for tired foot from all the walking to nearby shopping area. In house restaurant have buffet seafood. overall, it is a good place to stay because of location and food.

Pretty great hotel, only stayed one night so can’t say much about it. The staff were very welcoming. We also got an upgrade which was pretty lovely of them. The location is perfect. There’s a coffee place and many other eateries which can be found in the lobby area of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

There were missing towels on my 1st day , the shower mat on the floor and 2 small hand towel at sink .
The breakfast was acceptable .
