There are a lot of cockroaches.
The receptionist not helpful especially the guy with long hair and the lady.
The room too small and hard to find tuktuk.
We have a lot of luggages and the receptionist didn’t help to drop us off and don’t even for help to find tuktuk for us.

Good service, clean, 24/7 front desk, friendly staff, near pratunam market but not noisy because at the corner, near 7-11, have massage service in the hotel so convenient and good price. I have 4 nights with good experience there.
