Location is well situated within reach of major shopping mall and night markets. Room is comfortably big and clean. Staffs are courteous and ready to serve. Good hotel to stay if you can afford the prices.

Amazing stay at Amari Hotel Bangkok. Service was excellent, and so was the food provided there.
The staff were extremely helpful and patient with my requests, and they always performed their duties with a smile.
Shoutout to Mint and Julia for making my check-in experience very smooth, and I highly appreciate the complimentary room upgrade as it was my first time staying here.

Excellent customer service from the bellboy,housekeeping and all front desk reception couldn’t ask for more, Front desk reception named Mint is very helpful & polite accommodating 3rooms near to my kids she tried her best to accommodate to my small children’s with my helper side by side 3 rooms altogether.8 days & 7nights days is nothing but amazing from the massage spa,swimming pool and the gym!

This 5 star hotel is still doing good despite it’s already been 30 over years old, although it’s not that near to BTS station, it’s still walkable to nearby shopping malls like Platinum, CentralWorld, Big C etc. Paid for an upgrade to Club Premier Room to enjoy executive lounge benefits. Do take note that renovated rooms do not have bathtub, which was a disappointing factor. Executive lounge serves great breakfast and the staffs are all well trained and polite. Swimming pool and gym are well equipped. Front staff Miss Fah and Miss July services are top notch

The housekeeper did a fabulous job in cleaning the room. They serves lots of varieties for breakfast. They do have an italian restaurant, Prego, at lobby.

A very good experience stay in Amari Bangkok for 4 nights with my families. Will definitely book this hotel again when I’m back to Bangkok.

The room is all good, got an upgrade as I’m celebrating my birthday. But out of the 3 breakfast buffet we had, we were diverted to the 2nd floor for buffet and the choices were significantly lesser than the 1st. There seems to be enough seats to just accommodate 2 of us. A huge drawback from the choice to stay at this hotel. Not to mention there are many tourists from India/arab countries staying here. It can get quite roudy.

This hotel is super great! Location is perfect, close to Central World and just in front of Platinum mall so you can easily buy gifts and souvenirs!
The staff was great and dedicated to the customers. Room was pretty big and very clean. And of course, the pool and the gym are a extra plus. I recommend !!!

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is great, right across pratunam and platinum fashion mall. Walking distance to central square too. Enjoyed our stay, recommend for visitors travelling to Bangkok.

Excellent location, very clean and modern after refurbishment. Only 1 day housekeeping forgot to replenish towels but they quickly brought towels up after we called housekeeping. Got a very good price after Trip promo, will stay again next time in Bangkok.

Stayed a wonderful 4nights at Amari and it was so great. Friendly and accommodating staffs. Rooms are spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast is good. Hotel is just across the Platinum mall. Will book Amari again next time Im visiting Bangkok Thailand 🇹🇭
