There is no tooth brush , if you are not a white , I don’t recommend you to the front desk , the morning shift front desk girls are quite descrimate. Feel abit like ghost story .

The location was ideally at the heart of Chinatown. It's a nostalgic experience of the 70's and it's an old building of over a hundred years old so there's some unusual vibes. But all the staff has been extremely helpful and ever friendly. And also you won't be hungry at all, there's food stalls and restaurants everywhere.

I was fierce scolded by receptionist for asking tea sachet , after they found out totally missed out many items was not clean up n filled up in room ,. Reception speak very reluctantly like scolding a dodgy ( never match 3-4stars standards for receptionist,. I feel strong ****** issue ( they treated European nice n politeness ,. I see not much Chinese staying this hotel ,. I encountered theirs are the same look should’ve family business n using enpower attitude towards Singaporean shown we are not welcome to this hotel

We were impressed by the internal deco of the hotel focusing on the very Conventional Chinese Theme. The ground floor layout for the Lounge and Reception was very interesting. The hotel location is great, all the Staff have been helpful and friendly. Street foods are abundant the minute we stepped out of the premise, in fact we were spoilt for choice where food is concerned. We highly recommend it for those who want to have an experience of a Chinatown.

Lovely hotel with great breakfast .The location is perfect for Chinatown and walking distance to the river boats.The bar is cosy and good bands playing music.

Loved every single bit of the place. The rooms are quite different and it made it feel instantly good to have a change in location. The rooms look like they have been made with a lot of effort. The hotel had good staff and the music was good too. Loved the location!

Great location right located at the heart of Chinatown. Just about 5min walk away from mrt. The hotel design is unique and the service is good. Good place to stay if plan to visit Chinatown.

great location, exactly access to the the busy China Town. Close by to the metro where I can beat the Jam. Quality Hotel with Quality services. Normal room has no window though.

Pros:  Chinatown walking street immediately on exit Lovely lobby bar Amazing decoration in the hallways and room Great Cantonese food around Lots of street food 7/11 Comfortable bed Fast wifi Some amenities in room Cleaned daily Room safe 5 minutes to MRT Excellent customer service Cons: No coffee or coffee cups No small towels (annoying for using hand basin) No toothbrush/paste/razor (surprised for 4 star hotel) Door difficult to lock Occasional traffic noise No international food options around Rush hour traffic is intense Inconveniently placed wall sockets Overall had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I really enjoyed the style and theme (possibly too authentic). If you're looking for something fun then try this.

A gem indeed. The interior design and architecture is amazing. Pity the restaurant is not open and spa closes on mondays. Checked out the spa and service was excellent
