I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite, and all foods at the restaurant were amazingly good!!! Safe area and felt comfortable. Walking distance to local restaurants, massages, and rooftop bar. The room was very cute and clean. I’d love to stay there again!!!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is excellent but I forgot to take photos I love the flamingo on the swimming pool 😂 Plus the breakfast is decent. There are 4 bottles of water and twinings tea bags as complimentary. 🫶

This is one of the best hotel I stayed in BKK. The location is good, close to BTS and not too far from the airport. We arrived around 2200, and the staff at the counter is nice and patient. Room is big, clean and comfy. We tried the Thai costume session which provided by the hotel everyday! From 1200-1700, you can easily book at the front desk counter! The staff at the session - Ping & May is super nice and considerate, helped us matching and dress up!

It was a warm welcome from start to finish. Loved the complimentary tattoo (Kingfisher was very pretty), dessert, popcorn and especially the costumes! They also kindly arranged for the transport to airport when it started to rain heavily all of a sudden. Exemplary service!

The location is close to Thong Lo BTS, just a 5-minute walking distance. The room is comfortable, but the corridor from the room to the lift lobby does not have ventilation. Hence, you may feel a bit damp and cramped. Although the breakfast buffet does not have many options, they do offer "made-to-order" soap noodles and eggs. You can order any style of coffee you like, such as latte or mocha. The outdoor swimming pool is small, but there aren't many guests when I wanted to sunbathe. The hotel's interior design is chic, and it's a nice hotel, but it should not be rated as 5-star.

Maintenance of the hotel room definitely can be improved. Worn out door, bathroom mirrors, shower glass door, bathtub etc. It’s really a pity, I believe the hotel was a very pretty hotel with luxurious fittings but the upkeep isn’t done well. Openings on the ceiling, toilet bowl, sink and bathtub not well cleaned. Daily cleaning also questionable. Did feedback to staff but the items were fixed 2 days later. Breakfast have choices (croissants done well) but imo quite limited choices. Sound proofing from the street is ok just that I can hear my neighbours switching on and off their switches.

Hotel condition not as nice as official photos. No air-conditioning in hotel corridors, filled with humid and warm air. Room can be cleaner, handprints all over mirrors and dust over lamps. Towels are grey-ish, worn and old. Anyhow, location and staff were great.

It’s overall a pleasant stay at Salil, though the cleanliness could be improved. The hotel is extremely instagrammable and gorgeous in all ways. The Traditional Thai costumes experience was truly eye-opening. Kudos to May, Wen and Ping for their professionalism. They’ve been extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. In

Great location, about 5 minutes walk from Thong Lo station. Staff was professional and we were also served with welcome drink! Room was standard and clean. There was a tv but not connected to live TV. Bathroom came with warm toilet seat. Impressed.

Very nice for gathering all my suppliers in one place to attend the exhibition at Bitec. Transport to there and back to hotel is just 7 train station stops. Will propose for future events that will be held at Bitec as the most suitable and convenient place. Kudos to the very friendly team at the reception and the Bell Captain.

Everything is very nice and perfect i very much love this hotel and the ambiance its amazing. Aesthetic spot and good food , good hospitality

The hotel looks new and modern but facilities are old. The staffs are friendly and helpful, it's abt 5min walk from Thong lo BTS, so quite convenient, worth the money.
