Everything is good

The interior looks old-fashioned and not as good as it should be. The kitchen isn't terrible, but it's not as good as you'd expect for a Mandarin Oriental hotel. The spa is on the opposite side of the river, and getting there isn't very convenient with a boat.

Excellent hotel with commendable service! Butlers available on standby at each floor, just a press of the button and they will be at your door! Free shuttle boat that brings you over to the MO Spa, ICONSiam, Saphan Taksin station and a few other points to name.

Magnificent hotel - everything you wish for and more.

Hotel was newly renovated and really really nice. Room is big and clean, equipment very nice and convenient. Location not bad. need some walk to main road, but very peaceful. We love the balcony, and restaurant for brunch. Nice view and comfortable. However, staffs were mostly friendly but not very well-trained. Some did not even greeting us when met at the elevator or corridors, which should not happen at a five star hotel we thought. Overall, we like this hotel, hope can have better experience next time.

The hotel staff were wonderful and I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the view was amazing. The macaroons provided in the room were delicious. Fruit and drinks were provided at the pool. It was a little disappointing that I couldn't soak in the bathtub because I didn't know how to drain it. I'd definitely like to stay here again.

Old but not old, very tasteful, dinner and breakfast are a bit average, but it is very convenient to go to Icosiam opposite. The request for late check-out was also agreed very straightforwardly. If you don't pursue sentimentality, the price is slightly higher, and it is recommended to stay at Four Seasons in the same location.

It is a well-established hotel with first-class service and beautiful river view. There is a ferry that can take you to the other side or the subway station. If you want to feel the nostalgia, you can try to book this one~ The guy at the front desk can speak Chinese and there is a butler on each floor. It is a rare experience!

MO Bangkok YYDS The service was very thoughtful. We hurried to Bangkok and encountered heavy rain. Fortunately, the hotel restaurant allows you to eat Thai food while looking at the Chao Phraya River, and the Thai food is very authentic.
