The room size, service, breakfast, friendliness, everything was great. I would definitely go back there again if I ever visit Bangkok again. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this COMO hotel for three days. I would like to share my experience and hope it can help you. 1 Environment: The overall design style of the hotel is simple and modern. I like the artistic display of withered lotus at the entrance of the lobby. The projection clock at the entrance of the elevator is also quite special. 2 Facilities: I love the gym, which has a bit of American retro flavor. Compared with the infinity pool, I prefer the design of the COMO swimming pool. The trees by the pool are tall, and the occasional fallen leaves add vitality to the pool on the water surface, which makes me feel relaxed. It is also very comfortable to take a hot spring bath, but the sunlight looks a bit dirty on the glass. It will be beautiful if it is cleaned more. 3 Restaurant: I only used the breakfast part, which is a single-order system, one for each person. Other parts such as fruit, juice, salad, bread, etc. are self-service. In fact, the quantity is enough, and the main dishes ordered are exquisitely presented, but the taste of them is very average. There is no Chinese menu. It is difficult for guests who do not understand English to order meals. They can only order blindly and try their luck. The translation software does not work well. 4. Service: The front desk doesn't speak Chinese very well. Maybe it's because there are not many Chinese people. There are many Korean guests. The room I was arranged for on the first night was the second room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor. There was a door between the room and the guest room next to the end, as if the two rooms could be connected (as shown in Figure 3). Although it can't be opened, it looks uncomfortable. It was nothing at first, but I heard the Koreans next door talking and chatting clearly after 4 am, and then I realized that the sound insulation was very poor. I immediately ran to the front desk to ask for a room change. The front desk's attitude was neither cold nor indifferent. The room was changed, and there was no compensation or apology afterwards. I was very dissatisfied with the first night, but it was normal afterwards. The service awareness of the staff is still a little different from that of high-end hotels, but it is acceptable. Summary: The service is not bad, nor is it good. The breakfast is average. It may be because the Chinese have different tastes. The swimming pool and gym are very good. If the price is right, I will stay next time. This hotel will not step on the big thunder, but the small thunder is not guaranteed.

Since it was rainy season when we came this time, the hotel will prepare umbrellas and towels at the entrance, so that you can dry yourself after accidentally getting wet in the rain. 호텔이 조용하고 깨끗해서 있는 동안 편안한 느낌이 좋았습니다 매일 아침 조식 골라먹는 재미도 있고 야외 수영장에서 물놀이 하다 사우나에서 자쿠지로 반신욕도 하고 시설이 깨끗해서 좋습니다. 항상 깨끗한 수건이 넉넉하게 준비 되어 있고 방에도 캄다운서비스도 해주셔서 늘 깨끗한 상태로 유지되어 좋았습니다
