Though read some nasty reviews online, I booked it anyways.
The hotel is indeed a bit old, but very modern, clean and well maintained!
The room was great, fully modern, clean, with new shower and awesome bed!
The staff is very polite and helpful.
WiFi needs an upgraded... I got an eSIM...

We had a great holiday. Cleanliness of the rooms, location of the hotel, attention to detail, reliability, features, friendliness of the reception in the restaurant and bar section. You feel like you are eating in a luxury restaurant. Thank you to everyone, from the cook to the entire staff, for the friendliness of the staff and the seriousness with which they do their job.

Came here for Christmas ftom UK and one day into our three night stay we are thinking of leaving it's horrendous and absolutely not worth the money. First of all we paid £200 a night half board so we arrive at reception and met with a piece of paper you must pre-order from the limited menu., three choices and a vegetarian option. Then breakfast and there's the usual buffet but stone cold. No water, coffee or cold drinks you need to ask for drinks okay so we deal with it. Come evening ( Christmas Day) we go to the lobby bar before dinner three times my husband went up to the empty bar with three staff members scowling at him and ignored him even when he said " excuse me can I order" I went up 40 minutes later same story so went to reception and asked what the code was to get served at the bar which was empty. Took 50 minutes in total to buy a drink, at a empty bar. Then we went to Christmas Dinner and this is what we got picture says it all. First we are served Salad and soup together and the soup was cold, tasty but cold. Then they tried to overcharge us saying we had 4 glasses of wine when we only had two glasses. The meal had no veg or gravy just poor. This place ruined our Christmas and I wouldn't bother if I was you. Go elsewhere were you're custom is appreciated. This is overpriced rubbish. They play videos in the lobby of their MPM collection of hotels the service and food are either a total lie on their promotional video or standards have fallen below zero but whatever it is, definitely not worth the money. We stayed at another hotel recently in Bansko with a lower rating it was far superior. I stay at a lot of hotels and I'd give MPM sport no more than three stars, very poor. Disappointed doesn't even cut it !

This was a true 4* hotel and what a fantastic location right next to the ski road/gondola and a 2-minute walk to the apres bars. The spa was wonderful and the outdoor hot tub was a nice addition. Had a massage whilst staying and that too was very good. The food was good but no drinks included at dinner time was a little frustrating for the money paid The staff were polite and friendly and spoke good English. Overall a brilliant experience.

when you come as a couple and get only one key for your room, room electricity, ski room, and your request for another key (plastic card) is rejected time after time the hotel is loosing lots of points for me. large but outdated rooms

Really good
It is an amazing hotel, it’s our second time in the family suite and we love it.
The food and staff and location is superb.
The spa is great and the staff is wonderful.
The only downside is related to room comfort.
In the family room the shower by design doesn’t have a drain, instead the water are flowing towards the toilet where there’s a drain and so the room is flooded and u can’t take long showers after a skiing day.
The bed is a bit too soft to our liking but the pillows especially needs to be much firmer, after a ski day it’s important to have good support for the back and neck
