The best place for short vacation in banyuwangi, we have a wonderfulstay there with my 2 kids, they love the pool, playground and the food on the breakfast.. there is some small glitch but management act very quick to turn around the service into good experience. We love our room, its clean and tidy. Thank you for Ibu Dwi for taking care our stay, vani at spa for the relaxing treatment and front desk team for their warm smile and super helpfull. Definitely we will be back again later.

Very good hotel for a transit stop as close to the ferry terminal for the Bali crossing. The hotel spread over a large area with cottages dotted around the main hotel building. Breakfast room spread over 2 large rooms with nice selection of hot and cold food. Pretty swimming pool overlooking the Straits. Cannot comment on the dining room experience as a wedding was taken place and service was affected due to this, but plenty of other eateries in the town.

They can accommodate the breakfast if we check out earlier /at midnight by take away , its nice to have it . Great supportive, illira ! Thanks !

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was so well mannered, helpful, and friendly! The morning breakfast was great and had a lot of variety! And there was hardly ever anyone in the pool, so my boyfriend and I always had it to ourselves. I had numerous video meetings for work during my stay and the staff went out of their way to make sure my internet connection was as fast as it could be! They even changed the router outside of our room! I’m grateful for their hard work and hospitality!

We stayed here for just a few hours before being collected in the middle of the night to climb Ijen. It was good for the price - the beds were comfy, air conditioning worked well and the room was clean. Reception was manned 24 hours a day, so could check out at midnight. We ate at the restaurant on the top floor, which was fine. The menu wasn’t in great English and some of the western options were slightly odd - my carbonara had breaded chicken in, and pastry cheese straws on the top for some reason. The service was also a little slow for food. However it tasted nice, portions were good and it was very well priced.

It's really good, near the ijen volcano, I will recommend it to everyone. Although I only stayed for 6 hours (because I left at 2:30am the next morning and arrived from Bromo at 8pm the night before), the overall feeling was very good, from the front desk service, to the restaurant, to the accommodation experience, and morning call From preparing breakfast in advance, everything is top-notch. I chose this hotel because of the design and good feedback of guests. As expected, the hotel offered us a pleasant atmosphere with a quality service. I love the wooden sliding doors which hide a bathroom and balcony. The breakfast is good enough and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I didn't use a swimming pool and rooftop bar since we spend more time for sightseeing.
