Everything was fine, and finally I wanted to check out late. There was a customer service call that I said that it was delayed until 1:30. I still thanked. Finally, I checked out and charged me a 100 yuan delay fee. I communicated a few calls and said no one said that. Very angry. Yesterday's check-in at five o'clock, the time was tight, and there was no private soup in the room. I wanted to delay for a while, but the hotel was very strict and told me to check out at 12 o'clock. That's OK, I also consulted the amount of late check-out. But the last customer service did inform me that I could delay until 1:30. In the end, the deposit was still deducted, and the communication was not returned to me several times. 管家和工作人員：服務意識強，態度和藹可親，尤其是管家，熱情主動，有問必答，有求必應，而且反饋問題迅速，非常專業[強] 房間（親子榻榻米太空）：佈置很有特色，陳設乾淨簡潔，童趣十足，小童設施（小童拖鞋、牙刷、腳凳、馬桶圈）齊全，孩子用起來很方便，床品很舒適，尤其是床墊，厚重，有質感，衞生間很大，淋浴間很大，配備了防滑墊和小童坐浴小凳，看得出來酒店很用心（沒有洗澡所以不評論其他的） 早餐：在百渡食府一層，種類非常豐富，口味也不錯 其他：房間贈送了水果，套票除温泉外還包含遊戲幣和小童樂園票，店家看我有倆娃還貼心的多贈送了一份，中秋假期入住，贈送了小月餅和柿柿如意小罐子，很喜歡，離店時還贈送了小米，感覺真的很為客人着想，車位也很充足，地上和地下都能停，到酒店十分方便 不足：沒有電動汽車充電樁，充電不便，早餐不在酒店裡不太方便，樓道里裝修味兒比較重（房間沒啥味兒），榻榻米房的榻榻米有點不乾淨，不穿鞋踩的話襪子會臟，洗漱用的杯子最好改成帶把手並輕便材質的，便於寶寶自己拿 總結：總體來説很棒，有機會會再次入住
