I frequently stay at this hotel. The reception staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making check-in efficient and convenient, and the entire experience is very comfortable. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel also has a gym and laundry room, both free to use. There are many restaurants nearby, a shopping mall nearby, and it's very close to the East Railway Station, only a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel parking lot is also quite large and convenient! Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended! A must-stay hotel for business trips and leisure travel!

My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!

There is free parking at the door, and parking spaces are not too much. The room is large and the bed is not small. But the bathroom smells serious and smelly. The bath water is sufficient and the temperature is very good. The quality of toiletries is very general, it is recommended to bring your own. Sound insulation, super super poor, before 2 o'clock in the evening, not upstairs in high heels, or the sound of moving furniture. Either I don't know if it is next door or upstairs, awkward, like a meeting, like a party. This is noisy, the child is awakened for a while. If you are not too tired to move, you must find the front desk to change the room or check out.

The surrounding environment is the only small disadvantage (but the internal quietness can be offset).
