It’s perfect from check in to check out! Receptionist Neil is very helpful and very efficient…I have no complaints.. everything in the room is A OKAY…!! If I have to come back toMaine … at Bar Harbor… I’ll be staying in Bat harbor grand hotel for longer days👌👌👌

The location is very good, eating and shopping walking distance, very convenient. It is a few minutes drive from the park ring line, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions.

My family was on a two week trip up the East Coast with numerous stops, and this was by far the best hotel experience during our trip. Check-in was quick and easy. The people at the front desk were super friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to help. Every part of the hotel we were in was clean and in top working condition. The front porch was a great place to sit in the shade and people watch. Our room was large and very clean. Everything worked. There were people in rooms around us, but we never heard any noise or disturbances. With most hotels doing away with breakfast or having a very limited selection, it was nice to see Bar Harbor Grand Hotel have a nice selection of hot and cold items for the breakfast selection. While we were there the hotel had several fun events like an ice cream social, and they would put out treats throughout the day for the guests. Overall this was a wonderful experience, and we will visit Bar Harbor again, and stay here.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The setup is a small bedroom with a queen bed and a larger room with 2 queen beds and 2 chairs and a table. It's not really a suite as there's no separate sitting area. It was fine for our party of 3 and the room was very clean. The breakfast was far better than the usual complimentary breakfast, especially the fresh fruit and baked muffins & cakes. The location is very convenient. Almost everything is within a 10 minute walk so you can leave your car at the hotel parking lot while exploring downtown. The staff were all very friendly.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. All of the staff was wonderful, the rooms are fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing. It was honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will be back!

Our family of 5 stayed 2 nights and loved our time. The hotel is located in a great location and the staff is wonderful. Will be back.
