Amazing
GGuest UserWe’ve had a lovely time at Auberge Saint-Antoine! The hotel is lovely and the staff are great, it’s in a great location and some rooms have lovely views like the one we were lucky to get. We used the valet the first time we stayed there who were great, but ended up parking across the road at the multi-storey car park the rest of the days as the valet is around $45+tax and tip so works out quite expensive. We found a really lovely spot around the corner for breakfast too called L’Antiquaire Buffet, they have amazing breakfast and really well priced, lovely staff too! The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to a lot of sights and great restaurants.
GGuest UserI love this place! It's a total disappointment. I live nearby and I go there for fun. However, the big disappointment is the restaurant La Traite...price, quantity, wine $20 a glass...I would never go back there again. For the rest, what happiness!
Llinlinlin_00The room is a little small, but the view is good. It is a bit inconvenient to change two elevators to go up and down the stairs. The front desk service is very thoughtful and polite, and there is a special car at the door. The location of the hotel is very convenient and quiet at night.
BBG OoiI booked 4 bedded female dorm and it is clean, bed is comfortable. It comes with buffet breakfast spread and the common dining/kitchen area are spacious, clean and well equipped with cooking ware.
It is also well located within the tourists destinations . Cozy coffee corner and reading area are available if one wants some quiet moments.
Staffs are ever friendly and helpful.
Enjoyed my stay
BB LynchMy major complaint is one that is. common with many hotels. That is the concept of not offering housekeeping services unless you are staying 3 nights. I paid 260CAD per night. IMO, getting fresh towels and the garbage emptied should be part of the service. Queuing at the front desk to ask for towels is frustrating. Nice staff and we'll appointed room. The location is in an industrial park. Restos close by but anything of interest requires transportation. It wasn't an awful stay but I don't feel the value for money spent would entice me to return.
Cchen_jason222If you're driving to the hotel from the city, be sure to turn right after the traffic light to enter the hotel, otherwise you'll end up going in a long, roundabout way. The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are large and odorless, and the towels and mattresses are very comfortable. For dining, you can walk along the main road in front of the hotel, where there are many options. Overall, it's a good hotel with great value for money.
GGuest UserThis hotel was just about perfect for us. Whilst it was a little walk away from the Old Town (which we didn't mind), it was right around the corner from Rue St-Joseph, which is a bustling and lively street at the best of times, but we were lucky enough to be in Quebec City for a free music festival! The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. It was a real bonus having the swimming pool, too, which was never busy. The parking was a little on the expensive side, but it's city centre and was convenient. Overall, worked for us!
GGuest UserIt is a very old building, and it feels good to live here. But the room heating is insufficient, especially when it is minus ten degrees outside. I didn't notice at the beginning, the heating was turned on for a long time, and the temperature was slow. There is only one small heater against the wall in a room, and another relatively large fan. The wind in the fan is cold. I have reflected it with the hotel, but it has not been solved very well. It was not until the second day that I got up in the morning and the temperature slowly rose. Other services are still very good.
LLaura LussiezWhat a wonderful surprise! A very nice, inexpensive hotel, ideally located on a street in the heart of Old Quebec City, yet quiet. The room is super well-appointed, so it doesn't even feel small. The bedding is top-notch, and the bathroom space is perfect. The shower is ideally sized, and the products provided are very high-quality... we could even heat our towels!!
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable... we were treated as warmly as in a 4-star hotel.
The dining area is very well laid out, and we felt at home. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc., as well as fresh or sparkling water... everything is unlimited!
Two beautiful terraces (one downstairs and the other on the roof with foosball, fire pit, etc.) where we felt at home...
Luggage storage available from 12 p.m. on the day of arrival until 8 p.m. on the day of our departure.
In short... We'll be back!!
Thank you again for your welcome!!
GGuest UserExcellent stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Location near public transport and not far from attractions as well as a number of nearby restaurants. Decent breakfast and good size rooms. Hotel has a laundry and free coffee.
