"My major complaint is one that is. common with many hotels. That is the concept of not offering housekeeping services unless you are staying 3 nights. I paid 260CAD per night. IMO, getting fresh towels and the garbage emptied should be part of the service. Queuing at the front desk to ask for towels is frustrating. Nice staff and we'll appointed room. The location is in an industrial park. Restos close by but anything of interest requires transportation. It wasn't an awful stay but I don't feel the value for money spent would entice me to return."

Rrambler25A stay that exceeded expectations - from the moment I arrived, this hotel impressed. The location is hard to beat. The lobby sets the tone beautifully: elegant without being stuffy, with a good coffee machine. My room was spacious and thoughtfully decorated with a real sense of place rather than the identikit style you find in so many hotels. Nothing felt like an afterthought. The bed and the duvet were comfortable, the kind you do not want to leave. The staff were warm, helpful, and attentive without being overbearing. I would return without hesitation.

AAnonymous UserThe facilities are a bit dated, as the hotel was built quite early. However, everything is clean and spacious, the service is very warm, and it has a retro feel, mostly decorated with warm orange wood carvings. The interior also smells wonderful.

Rraffaele78Hotel not far from the city center, about 15 minutes by car. Clean rooms, although we took a room for 2 days and they never came to clean, but I have found this in all the hotels in Canada.
There is also a small heated indoor pool and they provide you with towels at the reception.

PPINGVery close to the airport, the transfer is very convenient. It is very intimate to drive at the door of the room. The hotel is not bad, with a restaurant. It’s just that the decoration is old.
