BAIFANGThis hotel is the most detailed hotel I have stayed in Canada! The location is on the pedestrian street, the decoration is exquisite, the bath is full of L’Occitane, and there are two pairs of slippers! Loved, coffee is also a very good brand. Next time I go to Victoria, I will never look at any other hotels. The five-star praise is definitely worthy of it.

Guest UserIt’s such a fabulous hotel! The location is perfect — very convenient for visiting all the main attractions. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time I’m in Victoria.

Guest UserService was good and the location was excellent, plus the room was spacious. However, the lobby and elevators felt a bit shabby, and the breakfast selection was small with mediocre quality. I wouldn't recommend booking with breakfast; you're better off going to a Starbucks or similar place instead.

This hotel is in a great location making it easy to explore Beacon Hill, the inner harbour, Government Street and all the other sights of Victoria. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Leisure facilities were also of a high standard.

Very clean, the beach is very convenient for walking, the sea view is also good, that is, if you drive a large off-road vehicle, the hotel's parking lot can't stop, you have to stop in the public parking lot that is a distance from the hotel, the overall feeling is good.

Trish Hope BinghamThis was a nightmarish trip, 1st I had asked for a room on the highest floor possible, with a view of the Harbour, I am a photographer and made the trip to Victoria to get some great photos of the inner Harbour. I got a room on tenth floor overlooking the parking lot and side street. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see anything, in my eyes I was ripped off, I am not going to to stay at any Merriott hotels, at the time of my booking it said they had a buffet breakfast and when I arrived they told me there is no buffet breakfast just a restaurant on site, parking was said to be free self parking. I was charged $29.40 / night to self park my truck.

HUIRONGThis should be a hotel that foreigners love to live in. The whole is very retro. The old-fashioned elevator is a different experience. Because it is a club, there is a dress code. Children who are too small in the restaurant can't enter it. The location is very good, next to Fairmont, Xiaorenguo, you will see the parliament building on the street, 3.5 minutes walk. The downtown is not big, just take a stroll.
