"I had a very satisfying stay! It's very close to the train station, and there's a Coop supermarket nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept really well. The front desk service was friendly, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!
The attention to detail in their service really made a difference! The check-in and check-out process was quick, and the service was friendly. There's a terrace in the lobby with a super beautiful view. They even provided complimentary cookies in the room, which made me feel really well taken care of. The stay exceeded my expectations."

Amazing
XXushushu## Environment
The location is absolutely stunning, directly facing snow-capped mountains and a picturesque hillside. The view from our room window was simply gorgeous. It's also conveniently located right next to the train station, and you can even watch trains pass through the beautiful scenery.
## Facilities
Although the hotel is historic, it's impeccably clean and well-maintained. It beautifully combines classic charm with modern conveniences. Parking is available but costs 25 CHF per day.
## Service
Overall, the service was quite good. However, on our second day, housekeeping didn't replenish our complimentary water bottles, seemingly because we hadn't finished the ones from the previous day. When we finished them and called reception for more, we were initially told there would be a charge. After we explained that the water hadn't been refilled during cleaning, they promptly sent some up free of charge. Interestingly, the mini-bar drinks are complimentary. On a lighter note, the cleaning staff accidentally left a cleaning cloth behind, haha! Each of us also received a complimentary voucher for the evening lounge, redeemable for a drink while enjoying live piano music – a really nice touch. The pool was wonderfully empty, but unfortunately, the sauna was out of order that day.
EericliiThe luxury hotel in the most beautiful village under the Jungfrau is quite good, with high-end facilities, dinner and breakfast are quite good. The public space in the lobby is spacious and comfortable, pleasant and comfortable. In addition, the facilities with pool and spa are quite good.
AazhiI booked this hotel for my child, and they told me the restaurant was excellent, with delicious Italian food. The room itself was quite small and the facilities were a bit outdated, but the balcony was very spacious with a great view, which was a major highlight.
GGuest UserThis hotel exceeded my expectations and was the most satisfying stay of my entire trip to Switzerland.
**Service:** The hotel staff were very welcoming. Each guest received a complimentary welcome drink, which you could pick up at the bar. The hotel bar has floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the snow-capped mountains, making it incredibly enjoyable to sip a drink while gazing at the view.
**Cleanliness:** The room was very clean.
**Facilities:** The room's interior was primarily wooden, and the soundproofing was good.
**Location:** The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the train station, passing a Coop supermarket along the way, making it very convenient for getting around.
QQIANIt’s about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is not very far, but it’s a little tired if it rains with a suitcase. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the First cable car station, which is very convenient. It is worth mentioning that if you choose to include dinner when booking the hotel, it is really super cost-effective ~ delicious and rich, every day I will seriously post menus everywhere, and I am responsible for saying that this is the level of Fine Dining, such a dinner Any restaurant should be above 120 francs per capita. The restaurant environment is also nothing to say, the service quality is very good ~ excellent experience, rich breakfast, worth the price, super recommended. They also gave home-made potato chips when they left. If it is not enough, it may be that the facilities in the room are average~ but it is very clean, the balcony is facing the mountain, beautiful!
QQIANThe hotel is halfway up the hill, some distance from the Grindelwald center and the train station. The hotel also has a shuttle bus that can be transported. We are self-driving. There is free parking in the hotel. It is relatively close to the cable car station of the first mountain. There are not many types of breakfast at the hotel. But it is enough, the biggest feature is the scenery, so beautiful! Whether it is a room or a place to have breakfast, look out for the snowy mountain, if you come to grindelwald next time, you will stay here!
JJEJUtravellerI went on a trip and the memories I stayed here were so good. It's fun to do nothing here. I watched the wonderful view in the morning and evening, and I made coffee, tea and food myself. I had a good time :-)
Ddcobra1981The hotel was far beyond our expectations. The hotel pictures on Ctrip really lowered the grade of this hotel. The hotel is invincible. Our room has a 180-degree balcony with an invincible view, the side of the balcony (Figure 1), the front of the balcony and the view from the restaurant (Figures 2-4). After all, it is such a noble place, and psychologically I am afraid that the waiters will be arrogant. As a result, the hotel staff provided invincible service. The child wanted to add a sofa bed, which was immediately made. The dinner added cheese for 15 Swiss francs, and the waiter introduced various cheeses to the child in detail (eat as you like). I rarely ate vegetables along the way, but I ordered a large plate of vegetables here, and they customized a grilled vegetable for us the next day. Various dishes are also delicious. Although the price of 4,500 per night is expensive, it is a bit more expensive for a family of three with a 12-year-old child, but this view and service are absolutely worth it.
JJuleleWe stayed in the hotel for 4 days. Location was very near the train station and accessible to buses. Staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The picture of the hotel in your ad was quite deceiving. The hotel was old and made up of very old timber. , though the inside was modern in style, the room was really not a good place to relax / sleep in since I can hear the loud steps of the one above our room and the noises from the adjacent rooms. No lift or elevator available. Not recommended for elderly tourist. Amenities like kettle for hot water and water dispenser needed to be taken from the ground floor near the office. Breakfast has a variety of foods served daily. The only consolation was the breathtaking views of jungfrau and accessible transportation.
GGuest UserThe hotel service is good, the environment is very good, the breakfast is good and free, and there is free parking. However, the door to the bathroom in the room is too narrow and is not suitable for wheelchair users.
