Modern hotel. Very friendly reception. The pool/spa is far too small – too many people. Breakfast was good, but better at the Schweizerhof Hotel Bern. Nice park area.

This room is spacious, clean and tidy. It is right by the lake. If the weather is good, the snow-capped mountains and lakes opposite are beautiful. It is very close to the Olympic Committee. The shortcomings are: 1. The bathroom and shower are separated by a bedroom, which makes it awkward to go to the bathroom while taking a shower. 2. The floor is too old and needs to be polished and oiled to be decent. In short, the flaws are not enough to overshadow the advantages. I will choose this hotel again.

Exceptional welcome and top-notch service (especially the free public transport). The room was comfortable, the bedding excellent, and there was no noise at all. Continental breakfast.
