Service from the front desk was excellent. Always helpful, with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Very responsive to our requests. Right next door to the Duomo. Our room was modern and clean with the necessary amenities. Nothing pretentious. Excellent front desk service was the standout. Highly recommned.

This hotel is really clean, especially for Europe, and it's super close to the train station. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. They even provide slippers! The shower pressure is fantastic. The only minor downside is the soundproofing, which isn't amazing, but it's totally acceptable. Plus, the mini-bar has a good selection of free drinks and snacks, which shows how thoughtful they are.

The room size was quite spacious for European standards. Although the decor wasn't entirely to my taste, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and bright. The airport shuttle to the outlet mall is conveniently located near the hotel, as is the metro station. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Milan Cathedral, which was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was surprisingly varied and plentiful for Europe, with some items available for order from the staff. I got the distinct impression that all the hotel staff were enthusiastic and genuinely keen to provide excellent service. Many thanks to the hotel team for making my trip so enjoyable.

Château Monfort is an absolutely amazing hotel in Milan. The staff are consistently nice, professional, and attentive, making you feel truly welcomed. The location is excellent — just a pleasant 10–15 minute walk from Piazza San Babila, the fashion district, and the Duomo, with great connections to the rest of the city center. The building itself is a beautiful early 20th-century Art Nouveau gem, full of vintage charm and fairy-tale character that blends perfectly with modern luxury. Highly recommended!

This hotel is situated just outside the zone of traffic control of the old part of Milan, so good for those who drive and who also want to walk into the touristy parts of Milan.. Underground carpark is chargeable per 24 hours at eur 25. Driving to it can be tricky especially on weekends as one of the roads leading to the hotel is closed for the day market. Have to turn into a narrow lane (closed to public except for hotel guests). Best to contact the hotel to ask about driving directions if arriving on weekends. Room is reasonably sized and clean. Quiet too despite rowdy crowd in restaurants and bars nearby. Lots of restaurants, bars in the neighbourhood, and a Carrefour opposite.

Comfortable hotel. Even though we arrived early, the staff tried to give us a room as soon as possible. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The location is close to many restaurants, cafés, and public transportation. You can easily travel to many places because the hotel is close to the tram, city center, and bus stop. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

The hotel was reasonably priced, the room was clean to my satisfaction, and the sheets and towels were new. The location was convenient, being close to the MRT station. The front desk staff were helpful and provided information on nearby attractions and restaurants, which was a big plus. The air conditioning was quiet, and I slept soundly all night. The only downside was the small room size, but it was still quite a good deal for the price.

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

The room size was just right and very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! The bedding was excellent, making for a super comfortable sleep! Breakfast was very plentiful, and the ambiance was great! The wardrobe was large and very spacious. The hotel even provided a converter next to the bed, so I could charge anything directly!

The only criticism I have is of the odd layout of the buffet breakfast - it’s in 3 separate places. No one explained to us how it worked and that the main part of the buffet was in a separate room which we didn’t discover until our final breakfast
