Amazing
MMichaelIf you are booking a luxury hotel in Lugano, there is no other option for me. While it’s not right in the middle of the City, it’s in a nice and quiet area and the 10-15 minute walk to the city is great for settling the stomach after eating to much pizza. The grounds are simply stunning, the views are amazing, the breakfast buffet is not amazing but very good (Although the woman who seat you could smile a bit more, all the other staff at breakfast are great). The private Lido is awesome.
I will never stay at another hotel in Lugano for our annual summer trip, it has won my loyalty for life.

멍멍구리신혼여행으로 묵었던 숙소입니다. 이탈리아 포지타노 느낌인 위치에 있던 숙소였고 오고 가는 건 힘들지만 버스가 있어서 여행하는 느낌이 들고 좋았습니다. 숙소도 이탈리아 풍이 물씬 느껴졌고 연식은 되어 보이지만 화장실은 리모델링 되어있고, 방충망이랑 에어컨은 없지만 벌레 없이 쾌적하게 잤습니다. 제일 좋았던 것은 조식이었는데 메뉴도 훌륭하고 멋진 정원에서 먹을 수 있다는 점이 제일 마음에 들었습니다~

The spa is only available for reservation and is limited to use....which is disappointed....which can be used to the fresh air is also negative. The fitness room is in the neighbour/partner hotel and is equipped with basic devices..... is also questionable! But a instructor is mostly on site!
The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the view is dreamy...

余余The rooms are very nice and the environment is beautiful. Sitting on the balcony of the room, listening to birds, drinking a little wine, and admiring the lights of Lugano Lake and the mountain homes on the opposite side, it is really a treat.
The room is equipped with an electric kettle, shampoo, and shower gel. You need to bring your own dental appliances and slippers.

LLvxiaoniThe room is quiet as a whole, wooden floor, walking upstairs will hear the sound, cleaning is very diligent, can not understand Italian, communicate with the cleaning aunt sign language, there are historical and cultural items on the hotel floor, etc.
About 10 minutes walk to the park, the flowers are beautiful

黄黄The location of the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the center of Lugano. It is convenient for shopping, but it is too close to the train track and there is noise when passing trains. The room is in the outdoor podium on the first floor of the main building. Open the door to the front yard of the hotel. It feels like the bungalow we used to live in. Maybe the rooms in the building are expensive. Continental breakfast is ok.

AAnonymous UserIf you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this place might not be for you. It's right by a busy street, so expect constant traffic noise that can easily disturb sleep. However, the natural surroundings are lovely – the lake is just across the road below, and you'll even spot early morning joggers before sunrise. For light sleepers, keeping the windows closed, running the AC, and having earplugs handy could help.

In addition to an excellent welcome, the hotel is traditional and charming. Ideally located with breathtaking views of Lake Lugano.
