GGuest UserWe stayed at Anji Bolu Yaoliang for 3 nights with our 1-year-old baby, and honestly, everything was just fantastic! We initially booked for only 2 nights, but because the hotel was so comfortable and beautiful, we spontaneously extended our stay by another night. This hotel boasts stunning views, whether it's sunny or rainy. The outdoor areas are filled with expansive, eye-soothing greenery, and there are even rows of wind chimes hanging from the trees. The interior design is incredibly comfortable, with beautiful details at every turn. I absolutely adore all the thoughtful design touches here!
The hotel's dining is above average, especially the breakfast, which I'd say is even better than what you find at many top-tier resort hotels in Sanya.
The hotel's service deserves 100 thumbs up! 👍🏻 Midway through our stay, due to fluctuating temperatures, our butler proactively contacted us to upgrade our room! Moreover, the staff here are incredibly kind and attentive to babies. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning personnel are very friendly. The restaurant staff didn't mind at all and offered to prepare steamed eggs, scrambled eggs, and steamed buns for our baby every morning… The service here genuinely feels like they care about their guests' well-being and want them to be comfortable, which was very touching and heartwarming for us.
For us, the hotel's scenery and service were almost perfectly flawless. We'll definitely be visiting every spring! We hope Bolu continues to thrive!

GGuest UserIt snowed on our second morning, which was incredibly lucky! The staff, especially one young man, was so warm and thoughtful. He proactively helped us with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and almost every other small request we had was met with a 'yes'. In the evenings, there was a bonfire and roasted marshmallows, making for a superb experience. The scenery and environment are beyond words; every photo looks like it's straight out of a magazine. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!

GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

GGuest UserFor work reasons, I chose Manwanhua. The environment was exceptional, and I felt like I was on vacation. The tea plantations and buildings coexist harmoniously, and the infinity pool, reflecting the Metasequoia trees, creates a modern, stylish atmosphere. The housekeeping was proactive, responsive, and welcoming. The coffee was excellent, and the metal fence around the pool was a creative way to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. In the evening, the breeze blew, and gazing at the stars was a relaxing experience.

BBetterCallDKI had a really nice stay at Little Forest Guesthouse. Sam, the manager, was super helpful the whole time. His English was great, and he made everything easy for us. We arrived pretty late, around 9:20 PM, and he still waited to help us check in, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was tasty, and the service felt genuine and friendly. The place itself is quiet, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful views. I’m very happy with the stay and would definitely come back again.

The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and elegant, surrounded by mountains and forests, and it feels relaxed when you step in. What is more pleasant is that you can enjoy a free room upgrade when you stay. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the price/performance ratio is directly doubled. ～
The supporting facilities are super complete, the water temperature of the heated swimming pool is just right, it is particularly comfortable to swim, and you can play in the water in autumn and winter; the gym equipment is enough, the laundry room is also very convenient, and the travel is worry-free and comfortable.
Breakfast must be emphasized! The category is rich to pick the eyes, take into account Chinese and Western tastes, the fresh taste of the ingredients is online, and the whole day is full of vitality.
The most plus point is the butler service, the whole process is intimate and thoughtful, the details are full of care.

ZzoelarryThis guesthouse is centrally located in the Grand Canyon, offering breathtaking views of the rainy canyon and sea of clouds right from your doorstep. The young butler was lively and enthusiastic, helping with luggage upon arrival. Check-in at the front desk was swift, and they explained all the essential information. They also offer services like booking a photographer and pre-ordering dinner. It's clear they prioritize hygiene here; the towels were pristine and neatly organized, and the bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation. The room even included disposable toilet and bathtub covers, plus disinfectant wipes, which really put my mind at ease regarding cleanliness. The butler was very responsive to messages, and in the evening, they delivered a complimentary sweet soup and sleep mask to the room. The restaurant served food quickly, and the stir-fried dishes had that wonderful 'wok hei' aroma. I highly recommend the pickled vegetable, mushroom, and shredded pork dish – I ordered it multiple times! The staff were very accommodating; I asked for extra dried tofu, and they specially sourced it for my dish. The basement has a good amount of space, and the mahjong room is air-conditioned with a ventilation system and a fast automatic card dispenser. I'd definitely choose to stay here again with friends if I get the chance. Oh, and they even provided a travel guide at check-out. I had two comfortable and relaxing days here.

AAnna0012The hotel lady is very nice, polite and welcoming. As they saw that I was pregnant, they offered to help carry our bags to our room. The view from the room is lovely. Bathtub on the balcony is relaxing and can enjoy the nice view at the same time.
I read some reviews about bugs. This homestay is in the middle of nature, so naturally you can expect bugs to be around. We were lucky with only one flying bug in our bedroom.
Some minor things, like the door handle of the bathroom door wasn’t securely fastened and the bathtub leaked a bit. But it was nothing major.
The pool could maybe use a bit of a shady area, as it gets quite hot on sunny days and there is nowhere to relax in the pool in the shade. This is just a tip. We enjoyed the pool either way. There is a wonderful view from the pool and the water was nice and cool.

From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the mountaintop and has an exclusive VIP通道 (VIP access). Staff are on hand to help with luggage when going up or down to the rooms, and there's a dedicated hotel shuttle service everywhere. The service is excellent, saving a lot of effort for moms traveling with kids. Our butler was also very thoughtful, offering recommendations for the area and helpful tips, and promptly responded to any requests.
The skiing experience during our stay was great, the artificial snow was fantastic. The ski resort is quite spacious, and there are many surrounding entertainment options, which kept the kids happy.
The room had floor heating, a novel design, and the cleanliness was also good. The only drawback was the limited number of elevators, requiring some backtracking. But we would definitely come back again.
