The rooms are clean, tidy, and cozy, with thoughtful details and soft, comfortable bedding for a restful sleep – a true cure for travel fatigue. The owner is warm and welcoming, patiently answering all your questions and even offering helpful recommendations for off-the-beaten-path experiences. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose this place again for my next family trip; it's already on my travel bucket list!

The morning mist is shrouded, and the sunset glows red in the evening. Every frame is like a painting! The room is warm and exquisite, with simple style furniture and soft bedding. There is also a viewing balcony and a rooftop terrace. It is so comfortable to sit on a chair and drink tea while enjoying the scenery. The boss is warm and hospitable. He not only recommends restaurants and farmers' markets frequented by locals, but also helps recommend delicious supper. The rice noodles and blueberries for breakfast are full of characteristics and cost-effective.

The service was super intimate, and the little girl took the initiative to help us carry the box. Breakfast is awesome! The rice noodles are delicious 😋, and the homemade snacks are really fragrant. The location is in the middle, in Guanglong Town, it is convenient to go to Ruichong Park, Star Fish Cave, Fossil Museum, Sun Bay, and Sakura Valley. I guess the boss is doing art. On May 16, there is Guiyi music playing 🎶 Unfortunately, we are going back to Kunming. Have the opportunity to come to Fuxian Lake and live in his house!

The tiles are also marble blue, which I like. The housekeeper introduced that the style of the hotel bathroom is different in each room. He specially asked the lady to take us to see the other two room types. They are really different. They are very special and really attentive. I forgot to take pictures of the breakfast. It is quite unique: semi-self-service mixed order. In addition to the food on the buffet table, the waiter will also take the breakfast list to order dishes for the guests separately, and then the chef will cook on the spot. It is the first time to experience this kind of service. It is great! Another point worth mentioning is that because we came by taxi and were afraid that it would be inconvenient to travel, who knew that the hotel is equipped with a business car for free lakeside pick-up and drop-off. You only need to make an appoin**ent with the housekeeper in advance. Whether it is to go to the foot of the mountain to eat fish or to the lakeside beach and plank road, it is very convenient. After I checked in, the clean and bright room made me satisfied. What I am most fortunate is that the proprietress enthusiastically recommends food, designs the play route in detail according to needs, let us eat, drink and live well for 4 days here! MMingmingmingmingming～Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.
