Full marks across the board! It truly lives up to its reputation as the most luxurious and sophisticated boutique hotel (not a guesthouse) on what's known as the last pure land on Earth, Daocheng Yading. This is a full-service small boutique hotel. The chef is top-notch, the amenities are excellent, and the service is superb. The airport transfer (2200 CNY) vehicles are in pristine condition, and our driver, the handsome Mr. Dao Deng, had a fantastic personality and communication skills; the kids absolutely loved him and had an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location is incredibly private, tucked away below Station 5 on the transportation line from Yading Village to the scenic area entrance. It feels completely secluded, allowing you to immerse yourself in an estate lifestyle at the foot of the magnificent Xiannairi snow-capped mountain.

【Service】I have to commend the front desk staff! The service was incredibly thoughtful. They proactively added me on WeChat to confirm my arrival time, and had warm Rhodiola tea ready as soon as I walked in. Any messages sent via WeChat were answered promptly! We were suffering from altitude sickness and a bit of a cold after coming down from the mountain, and they even prepared ginger tea for us. So considerate! 【Hardware & Hygiene】The room was quite spacious, clean, and hygienic. They even provided disposable bath towels and hand towels. The room was equipped with smart appliances, with Xiao Ai (an AI assistant) controlling the lights. The hotel also has an underground parking lot, which was incredibly convenient on a rainy day.

Arno, the butler, provided excellent service. They added me on WeChat and created a group chat in advance, responding to all requests promptly. They even arranged a Mercedes-Benz business van to pick us up from the scenic area. The ******* driver was not only helpful with luggage and providing water, but also enthusiastically shared information. When we passed the Xianairi observation deck, he even helped us take photos – truly thoughtful service! Upon check-in, we were greeted with a traditional Hada-presentation ceremony. The hotel's afternoon tea was high quality, with snacks and drinks from the fridge. We also received bedtime milk. As it was the Mid-Autumn Festival, there were delicious mooncakes too. Enjoying afternoon tea in the room while admiring Xianairi and Xiannairi mountains was incredibly pleasant. Breakfast was semi-buffet with rice noodles, milk, and butter tea. The room offered diffused oxygen, floor heating, a humidifier, and high-quality bath amenities, including facial wipes, body lotion, toilet seat covers, and wet wipes. Finally, they arranged a car to take us out of the scenic area, making the entire experience very smooth. Yading is beautiful, and the Heiqingke hotel in Yading is overall young and vibrant. Staying there was comfortable and left a lasting impression.

Overall, my stay was excellent. **Attentive Service:** The hotel contacted me 1-2 days in advance to confirm my itinerary, provide details about entering the mountain, assist with bus ticket purchases, and arrange transfers. Their attention to detail was impressive. **Room Upgrade:** The owner kindly upgraded my room. The new room featured a large balcony directly facing the Xianairi snow mountain and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, which significantly enhanced the experience. **Delicious Food:** While the food on the first day was a bit salty and oily, adjustments were made from the second day onwards. The hot pot was delicious, and the stir-fries exceeded expectations. **Abundant Breakfast:** The butler would ask for our preferred dining time in advance, offering a selection of congee, rice noodles, butter tea, coffee, various side dishes, and pastries. It was lovely to enjoy breakfast while gazing at the sacred snow mountains. **Excellent Service:** Whether it was the owner, front desk staff, driver, or chef, everyone was eager to answer questions and provide detailed information about the scenic area's weather and sightseeing conditions. My original plan was a short hike on day one and a long hike on day two, but based on the front desk's advice, we did the long hike on the first day due to good weather. After our hike, the hotel thoughtfully provided hot water, foot-soaking basins, and hot ginger tea. **Room Amenities:** The room was equipped with diffused oxygen supply, an oxygen concentrator, underfloor heating, and a humidifier, which effectively helped alleviate altitude sickness. The hotel also offered complimentary hiking poles and umbrellas. **Prime Location:** The snow-capped mountains were visible from the balcony and windows. The hotel is right next to the Daocheng Yading Museum and within walking distance of Yading Village Bus Station No. 2. All necessary amenities are nearby. **Minor Drawbacks:** The temperature was quite cold at night in May, and there was a noticeable temperature difference between the bathroom and the room. Also, the showerhead holder was broken and couldn't fix the showerhead in place. **Summary:** This hotel truly stands out in the core scenic area of Daocheng Yading for its dedicated service and reputation. I chose the wrong time to visit, as May didn't allow me to fully appreciate the breathtaking beauty of Daocheng Yading. I plan to return in October and will definitely choose this hotel again.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel itself was grand. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the facilities were comprehensive. The restaurant food was delicious. However, the downside was the poor facility maintenance; the laundry room, swimming pool, and hot springs weren't very clean and were poorly maintained.

The decor is very unique in this guesthouse. It offers great value for money, and the common areas are well-maintained and tidy. The rooms are also very clean, making for an excellent stay. The staff are genuinely friendly, and I left with a very positive impression.

A bowl of noodles with soy sauce is 25 yuan. Is it too expensive? I asked the shop owner before if the oxygen was 20, but later he said it was 25. The style of the inn is quite good, but it is not popular. The lobby is dark and no one is there all day long. The sister of the inn thinks that everyone wants to write a good review and get 50 yuan, so she added me on WeChat and told me ”Rules!” ”You must write 100 words, and the platform will review it before returning it to me!” Ha ha! What a joke! I have never written a review with so many words, but I am disappointed! I have always been a person who tells the truth. Why do you want me to give you a good review just for 50 yuan? How is it possible.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. It even had an oxygen concentrator! I initially booked for one night, but extended for two more days, not just because of the great views, but also thanks to the amazing service staff! They provided us with free hiking poles and umbrellas to borrow, and even a route map! On the second and third days, they brought us fruit, and there's a laundry room on the top floor and a breakfast area on the first floor with a good variety of options! The hotel staff were also very patient. There's parking downstairs, which is convenient for those driving. On the third day, a seam on my small bag came undone, and the housekeeping staff promptly provided a sewing kit! Overall, I felt completely at home!

This is a great hotel! The hygiene was top-notch; the room was clean and odor-free, and the bedding was spotless. The room was very bright, and it was lovely to sit on the sofa during the day with the sun shining in. The room we booked even came with two bathrooms, so no fighting over them! Haha. On the second floor corridor, there's a place for tea and dining, and there are many beautiful flowers in the back. The environment is quiet and comfortable, the front desk service is attentive, and all the facilities are complete and well-maintained. The overall stay experience was excellent, highly recommended!

This was the best accommodation on our trip! The room was clean with no strange odors, the bed was very soft, and there was plenty of hot water. It was such a pleasant surprise to find such comfortable lodging at high altitude. The location was easy to find, parking was convenient, and the service was warm and attentive. Highly recommend!
