The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the service was attentive, showcasing the professional standards of a five-star hotel. The three daily meals offered a rich variety of options and were great value for money. Although there were many diners, the food was replenished quickly. In the morning, I took the hotel shuttle to the International Trade City, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere.

The room facilities are very new, and the hygiene is excellent – it's impeccably clean. All the staff we encountered were wonderful. The room itself is soundproof, which is a plus. In the lobby, they offer fruit tea, ice cream, and a coffee machine. Breakfast options are limited, but the food tastes good, and the restaurant has a great view. It's within walking distance to District 1 of the International Trade City, but for other districts, I'd recommend taking a taxi. It's also a bit far from the subway station, and walking in the summer heat can be tiring, so a taxi is definitely the best option. We went to Qingkou Night Market, recommended by the concierge, and it's much more spacious than Binwang Night Market. Qingkou has many food choices, and it mainly sells clothes, with not many toys. For toys, District 6 of the Trade City has a wider variety than District 1. District 1 primarily has plush dolls, catering more to girls' toys, so if you're looking for boys' toys, head to District 6.

I came to Yiwu to visit the trade city and compared several hotels in the area. I'm so glad I chose Cai, because staying here felt like the absolute right decision. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to phases 2 and 3 of the trade city, making it easily walkable. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby has an elegant ambiance, and every little detail is meticulously maintained, showing how dedicated the hotel management is. The front desk service was gentle, polite, and enthusiastically attentive – truly impeccable! The room was clean and bright with good lighting. The hotel's voice-controlled butler was very convenient. The space was just right, with a well-organized layout. The bathroom had a clean wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were complete and of decent quality. The breakfast buffet was rich and abundant, offering a full range of Chinese simple meals. The congee was warm and comforting for the stomach, and the pastries were soft and delicious, freshly made daily. The taste was truly outstanding! For the price, considering the overall service, environment, and facilities, it far surpassed competitors in the same price range. I didn't encounter any unpleasant issues during my stay; it was comfortable and hassle-free. I highly recommend it and will definitely rebook for future trips.

The room and facilities are very new. There's a bathtub with bath salts provided, and even disposable toilet seat covers. The TV also supports screen mirroring, so the kids could watch their favorite cartoons, which was really great.

The 'Love Lake' across the street is very pleasant. The staff were friendly and proactively helped us with our luggage. There are plenty of dining options nearby, with flavors suitable for all ages. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out – such thoughtful service! The hotel was spotlessly clean, with excellent attention to detail. The facilities are comprehensive and easy to use. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, and we all ate very well. The overall service was attentive; this is definitely my top choice for business trips or vacations!

Facilities: To be honest, the decor looks quite trendy, but the carpets and such felt a bit old and worn. Hygiene: Because it was old, it didn't feel very clean. I started sneezing as soon as I entered the room. Later, when I went to a nearby mall, I suspect it was due to plush toys, and my rhinitis flared up. Environment: It's directly opposite Yiwu Heart, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast was pretty good, probably because it was a weekend. The room, however, felt a bit small. Service: The service was excellent. They arranged a room away from the street for us and provided disposable toiletries and slippers for the child. Any issues were addressed very quickly.

The room came with a large projector screen, which was perfect for watching the World Cup right from the bed – so comfortable! The AC was strong and kept us cool during the hot summer. Check-out was smooth and quick, so it didn't delay our plans at all. Wang Jia at the front desk had excellent service. Thumbs up!

When the call connected, the staff member was incredibly gentle and patient, showing no signs of perfunctoriness or impatience. They listened carefully to my problem. After I explained that the delivery showed as completed but I couldn't find my food, the staff member immediately calmed me down, telling me not to worry and assuring me they would verify and handle it right away. This completely alleviated my anxiety. After hanging up, the staff member didn't ask me to go downstairs myself or simply tell me the storage location to handle it on my own. Instead, they proactively resolved the issue for me. The staff quickly checked the delivery records and confirmed that the delivery driver had placed all food orders in the hotel's delivery locker on the first floor. Considering that I was on a high floor and it would be inconvenient for me to retrieve the food, the staff member specially went to the first-floor locker themselves, carefully verifying the information and accurately finding my order. The entire process was efficient and meticulous. Just a few minutes later, the staff member delivered the perfectly intact food directly to my room door and handed it to me personally. The whole process was handled smoothly and promptly. From reporting the problem to resolving it, I didn't have to worry about a thing, and my urgent need was perfectly met. What moved me the most was that the hotel's service truly demonstrated empathy, fully understanding the inconvenience guests might face when traveling and picking up food, treating a guest's small matter as a significant one. At many hotels today, staff would usually just direct guests to handle such issues themselves, but the service at this hotel was full of warmth and attention to detail. The sincere and caring service from the staff made me, a stranger in a foreign place, feel incredibly warm and secure. It's in the small details that true quality shines through; a simple food delivery incident perfectly showcased the hotel's excellent service quality and people-oriented service philosophy. When staying at a good hotel, a comfortable environment is fundamental, but warm service is the most valuable bonus. Yiwu Global Hotel not only has a clean and comfortable environment and an excellent living experience but also boasts a group of diligent, responsible, and meticulous staff. This perfect service experience has significantly increased my favorable impression of this hotel. Next time I travel to this area, I will definitely prioritize staying at this hotel, and I will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family. I only stayed one day at the Yiwu Marriott, but Kiko's service made it feel incredibly worthwhile. I met her during check-in. Seeing me tired with my luggage, she proactively offered to check if there was a quieter room available. She ended up upgrading me for free and even specifically asked housekeeping to provide two extra bottles of water. Upon entering the room, I found the view from the window to be excellent, which was a pleasant surprise. In the afternoon, while relaxing in the lounge, Kiko came over and handed me a cup of ginger tea, saying, 'Have something warm.' I casually mentioned wanting to explore but not knowing where to go. She immediately pulled out her phone and diligently helped me plan a small itinerary – Futang Old Street and the Brown Sugar Factory – with no backtracking, and even clearly marked the taxi pick-up spots. The next day at check-out, I asked about the best way to get to the high-speed train station. She said, 'Let me hail a car for you,' and after arranging it, she wrote down the license plate number and estimated time on a note and handed it to me.
