In fact, the surrounding environment of the hotel and the space of the hotel itself are quite satisfactory. The entire hotel uses a swimming pool as the core facility. The number of guest rooms is small and the room space is large. Compared with ordinary mountain B&Bs, it is actually somewhat luxurious. . There is also a small terrace to enjoy the sunset over the mountains. But the only fly in the ointment is that the experience of the service team seems to be insufficient. Although remain polite and welcoming during the process. But it often seems that we are not sensitive enough or proactive enough about our guests' needs. When checking in, I was told that the service staff would need to operate the jacuzzi to take a bath (this facility is actually quite good). But at night, there was a situation where the staff could not be contacted regardless of WeChat or landline. In the end, I had to randomly arrest people downstairs to solve the problem. Moreover, the ”travel photography service” clearly displayed in the room or the handmade experience, free coffee and other services that are included in the price when booking are not provided. In fact, it is understandable that many B&Bs have this kind of exaggerated promotion to attract traffic, but it is still rare to see that there is not a single word from the beginning to the end. When I finally checked out, the front desk staff almost accepted the room card without saying a word. Nowadays, ordinary business hotels are not so rude. Regardless, I was impressed with the hotel's facilities, setting, and beautiful pool. But as a hotel priced around 2,000 a night (in fact, it has reached or even exceeded the level of some luxury hotels). It has to be said that there is still significant room for improvement in the capabilities and operational quality of its service team.

Our butler, Leo, was like an old friend who knows the ropes. He contacted us when we booked to ask what we needed and sent us precise location details. When our car got close, a shuttle bus was already waiting to pick us up. Check-in was quick and easy, and he even gave us a hand-drawn map, meticulously marking where to see the lake and go for a walk. The room was clean and comfortable, right by the lake. The best part was the evening; we didn't have to fight the crowds. We just relaxed on the balcony and had a private view of the light show and fireworks. The sky full of fireworks reflecting on the lake was perfectly romantic. The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, and breakfast was abundant. Both the facilities and service were top-notch; it's a great place to steal a moment of leisure.

The boss himself is a talented young pottery artist, this love deeply integrated into the soul of the hotel. She not only treats guests with ingenuity tea art, but also uses purple sand to meet friends. Her personal works are amazing to me and I can't let go. The unique charm of ”Shanwai Tea House” lies in the ”detailed” of the manager: it is really rare to meet the boss who personally cooks tea and treats the homestay! That sincere and deep understanding of tea and equipment makes every taste a enjoyment. From the room configuration of Aesop toiletries in Australia, to the careful hardware and details of the layout, the owner's pursuit of quality and taste are reflected everywhere. Although it is not a high-luxury homestay, it creates a unique atmosphere as if living in the home of friends who understand life and have temperature. The sense of relaxation and belonging is far more than the cold luxury. If you also like tea and love the instrument, this homestay must come and experience it. Maybe the boss will take out the good tea he has hidden for decades to entertain you as soon as he is happy. If you look cute and reliable, maybe the boss will take out the auction-level million antique cups for you to enjoy. Anyway, there are a lot of surprises and a lot of harvests. The hardware is high-end, featuring private hot spring rooms with excellent privacy. Toiletries, bedding, and smart devices are all of high quality. Local amenities are comprehensive, with a full range of dining options, purple clay pottery workshops, and nearby attractions, making it a one-stop destination for a complete holiday experience.

The feeling of staying is that it is very comfortable. It is very suitable for emptying and meditation. It is quiet and the scenery is very good. The boss can feel the design and operation very carefully. The yard is not big, but you can do it one step at a time. Sitting in the bamboo forest during the day and watching the blue sky through the leaves, lighting a bonfire at night to sit and chat. Life is in a hurry and needs to slow down occasionally.

Tao Lu B&B in Yaohu Town was such a wonderful surprise! The scenic area is beautiful and tranquil, the water show is enchanting, and the kiln fire show in the evening is absolutely spectacular. I took advantage of the National Day holiday to visit Yixing and chose the second most popular hotel in Yixing at the time. I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. Even before checking in, the butler, Gao Yuan, thoughtfully contacted me about my check-in time and other details, recommending various member activities within the hotel. He was always responsive and provided excellent service. I even tried the hotel's boat tour and travel photography services – everything was perfectly arranged. The area around the hotel is like a mini-Nianhua Bay, with restaurants and attractions all within easy reach. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with stunning views at every turn. The room was fully equipped with thoughtful details: the bed was height-adjustable and offered massage; the bathtub had disposable liners and bath sponges; there was an instant hot water dispenser; and the complimentary eco-friendly tote bag was perfect for photos. …Everything here was convenient and cozy. I really loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel's overall landscape design is excellent, and it's very quiet, making it ideal for a vacation. Although the terrace rooms don't have an elevator, the staff are always on hand to help with luggage. However, I do have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. The cocktails at the bar were terrible, but the live band was fantastic and exceeded expectations! 2. The soap gets stuck to the soap dish after getting wet, making it impossible to pick up. I suggest a soap dish with a textured bottom. 3. The shower water flow knob becomes very slippery and impossible to turn once it gets soap or suds on it. Overall, the good outweighs the bad though!

📍 Location: The location of the homestay can't be more perfect! It is hidden next to the Yixing Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, the air is fresh and the eyes are green. The most surprising thing is that the opposite is the ski resort! Skiing in winter, summer summer, one-stop, seamless switching, too suitable for family and friends to play in a group. 🏠 B&B itself: The area of the B&B is much larger than expected! The public area is very open, the children have a place to run, and the adults can drink tea and chat without disturbing each other. The room is also very spacious and warm and comfortable. 🚗 Surprise details: As a self-driving enthusiast, I must boast about the underground parking lot! This is really rare in scenic B&Bs, don't worry about the sun and rain, parking is safe and convenient, give a compliment to the hardware facilities of the B&B. The supporting facilities in the room are also very complete, the quality is good, and the living is very comfortable. 👨💼 Butler service: The butler service here must be praised! From booking to check-in, communication is very smooth. The butler is kind and responds quickly if there is a problem, and gives us a lot of suggestions for playing, as intimate as friends.
