It is very close to Zhuhai and Zhanggongdong. It takes ten minutes to get there by car. There is also a battery car at the door that can be rented. Fantastic hotel! It made my visit to Yixing extra enjoyable. The room looks exactly like description and very clean. The staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful, makes your feel like home. The resort is huge but the drivers are always there to bring you around to other parts of the property. The bathroom is so clean and smells nice all the time. Beds and pillows are comfortable too. It is really one of the best hotel I have stayed in. Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant in the main hotel sets very high standard. What a lovely room to go back to after a long and tiring day from 竹海 and 瑶湖小镇. By the way, it’s easy to grab Didi from the resort.

Because we arrived late, the owner waited for us the whole time; he was incredibly welcoming. The guesthouse is in the Hui-style architecture, and stepping inside felt like staying in the traditional mansion of a large family. The overall environment was very quiet and relaxing, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. At night, you could hear the chirping of insects and birds; after living in the city for so long, this kind of atmosphere, something I could only experience in my childhood, was truly precious. In the morning, you can get up early and leisurely take a walk to soak in the slow pace of life.

In fact, the surrounding environment of the hotel and the space of the hotel itself are quite satisfactory. The entire hotel uses a swimming pool as the core facility. The number of guest rooms is small and the room space is large. Compared with ordinary mountain B&Bs, it is actually somewhat luxurious. . There is also a small terrace to enjoy the sunset over the mountains. But the only fly in the ointment is that the experience of the service team seems to be insufficient. Although remain polite and welcoming during the process. But it often seems that we are not sensitive enough or proactive enough about our guests' needs. When checking in, I was told that the service staff would need to operate the jacuzzi to take a bath (this facility is actually quite good). But at night, there was a situation where the staff could not be contacted regardless of WeChat or landline. In the end, I had to randomly arrest people downstairs to solve the problem. Moreover, the ”travel photography service” clearly displayed in the room or the handmade experience, free coffee and other services that are included in the price when booking are not provided. In fact, it is understandable that many B&Bs have this kind of exaggerated promotion to attract traffic, but it is still rare to see that there is not a single word from the beginning to the end. When I finally checked out, the front desk staff almost accepted the room card without saying a word. Nowadays, ordinary business hotels are not so rude. Regardless, I was impressed with the hotel's facilities, setting, and beautiful pool. But as a hotel priced around 2,000 a night (in fact, it has reached or even exceeded the level of some luxury hotels). It has to be said that there is still significant room for improvement in the capabilities and operational quality of its service team.

I came specifically for this hotel, and it absolutely lived up to its reputation. Among Yaohu, Yaocun, Hushan, and Mingsu, choosing Hushan was a wise decision. Yaohu and Yaocun are too large and crowded; during peak times, checking in at the front desk can take at least half an hour, and the lobby is packed. A single call to Yaohu Grand Hotel and Hushan will pick you up directly. You can take a shuttle or walk; walking is actually more convenient if you don't have much luggage. Hushan is located in the town center, with all sorts of dining, drinking, and entertainment options conveniently nearby. The location is excellent, and the service is outstanding. They personally escorted me to my room and only left after explaining all the internal facilities. I found the breakfast to be very exquisite.

The room was very spacious, definitely the best value-for-money hotel in Yaohu Town. The included benefits were also comprehensive. The hotel itself is quite large, and it's easy to get lost inside. This time, I brought my family, and the hotel specially arranged a room close to the elevator, which was great. The only regret was that I didn't book the travel photoshoot in advance, so there were no slots left, and I missed out. For a five-star hotel, the overall quality of the breakfast was a bit average, although it was very abundant. The quality of the ingredients was rather ordinary.

I initially booked a room right by the water, and the fireworks display at night was absolutely stunning! There was a slight hiccup in the middle, and I ended up changing to a room on the third floor. The facilities and service were both excellent. The room was fully equipped with thoughtful details: the bed was height-adjustable and offered massage; the bathtub had disposable liners and bath sponges; there was an instant hot water dispenser; and the complimentary eco-friendly tote bag was perfect for photos. …Everything here was convenient and cozy. I really loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
