However, the receptionist was very nice. I don't know if it's a problem with Ctrip or the hotel."

GGuest UserThe receptionist was very friendly, the room was very clean, there was a small kitchen for simple cooking, and free coffee and tea were provided in the lobby. The parking fee of 19 euros a day was a bit expensive.

OOiLin- The room is clean and tidy, although not very big, but there is a coffee machine and a drink in the refrigerator in the room, the most important thing is that it is free, so it is worth giving a high score.
- The room is facing the inner court, so quiet.
- Staff friendly and good attitude.
-The hotel is located directly at the train station for about 12 minutes. Near the hotel, 3 minutes walk, there is a large shopping mall, shopping is very convenient.

GGuest UserAfter checking in, there was no paper towel in the room. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and they were not proactive in solving the problem. I notified the front desk myself the next day. The front desk said that the security guard didn't understand English or something. I left a note for the front desk who understood English. The front desk who was on duty the next day still didn't deliver it to the room. The service was not enthusiastic and they didn't pay much attention to the feedback. When I checked in, I confirmed that there was a laundry room, but they didn't actively provide laundry detergent and instructions for use. There was no signboard for the laundry room, which was very difficult to notice. I didn't find it until the next day. I wanted to wash my clothes on the first day, but I wasted time and didn't wash them.

Right next to the subway station, easy to find. Lots of places to eat in the immediate vicinity. Top cleanliness. Nice big bed too. Breakfast was also great.

DDaMedUnfortunately, pretty much everything went wrong for us. It started with checking in. The breakfast we had booked was not included in the system and therefore not available to us. As a result, we had a lot of back and forth when we arrived because the staff were completely out of it. Luckily, our provider solved the problem very quickly, so we had to pay money up front, but we got it refunded. This delay meant we had no time to look at the room because the key chip was not programmed and we lost more time. We quickly changed and immediately set off for the external event we had booked. When we returned, things got really disgusting. The toilet rim was completely covered in dried urine, which was also visible on the outside of the bowl. However, as the porter had already said that we would have to book breakfast in the morning, we couldn't do anything at around 11:30 p.m. The very next morning, we presented the photos we had taken to reception. We were initially told that we had to report this immediately upon arrival, but after explaining the process, the gentleman took photos of our photos and wanted to clarify this with the head of the cleaning company. As an apology, we were each allowed to take a drink from the fridge when we left, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, that's too many mistakes for us at once, especially since another couple had problems with the booked breakfast and a couple had problems with the room, and all of that happened in the time it took us to complain in the morning and check out. Conclusion: This hotel is no longer an option for us.

GGuest UserIt seems that communication between reception and breakfast service is broken. They wanted to charge for breakfast twice. Furthermore, the offer was very poor for €25 per person.
If you just wanted a coffee in the afternoon, it was complicated. It only worked with rolls, etc., and it was too expensive. There was a vending machine for mini snacks, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right either.
The shower had mold stains.
Too bad, I expected more comfort.

GGero LichtNice rooms, clean, very good location - but what doesn't go, provide a room where you know that heating doesn't go. Have the reception spoken shortly after arrival, it called it looked a technician, the evening heating still didn't go, the postporter said you couldn't do anything anymore and the next day the lady told us at the Reception that you should renew this gas first, and that is known ... Why then give out this room?
Curant or rebates equal to zero - damage, but this chain is dead for us!
So in summer you can recommend it .... :-)
