"I was very pleased with both the cleanliness and the service. Everything was very comfortable. Huge thanks for the water – I was there during a heatwave and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I absolutely love you guys! Thank you for that :)))) I came for a concert at Zenit, and it's located right nearby. The metro entrance is directly outside the hotel exit, which is incredibly convenient. Yes, the area isn't the safest, but since the metro is almost right at the entrance, everything was fine. I really liked the service at reception; check-in was very smooth. The beds were incredibly clean and fresh. For my next concert at Zenit, I'm coming back to you!"
