BBlair WanReally great experience! The hotel's Art Deco design is lovely, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The only minor issue was that they wouldn't replace bathrobes, towels, or soap, and the body lotion wasn't refilled after it ran out. When I called for water, the front desk said no one was available to deliver it and I had to pick it up myself. Other than that, everything else was really good.

KKingSpringMelodyThe environment: I chose to stay here because it's quite close to Lyon Station. We were given a connecting room, which was pretty clean, though the space was a bit small and having two bathrooms didn't really make much sense. The elevator is located on a half-landing of the spiral staircase, so you have to carry your luggage up or down half a flight of stairs both when arriving and departing. On the day we checked out, the elevator was broken, and only one staff member helped us carry our luggage down from the 6th floor. The breakfast service was good.

DDaitieGreat little hotel on the outer skirts of Paris. It's decently located within a 10 minute walk of 2 metro stations. There's a small gym that's 24hr, co working space and a restaurant as well as a laundromat on site. Reception is open 24 hours and they're very friendly and will try their best to cater to your needs. The rooms are extremely clean, and has all the amenities you would normally need (except a spoon to stir the coffee). They provide a reusable glass bottle to take on your day out (which is purchasable if you would like) and they have water refill stations throughout the hotel. For the price i can't complain. Brand new hotel, you can still smell the paint! Extremely clean. Comfy beds (though the sheets are quite thick and I felt a little warm even when the air con was on full blast!) Would definitely recommend if you don't mind the travel into central Paris (I'm from London so the commute is nothing compared to the London underground). Supermarkets and small brasseries located nearby and there's also a restaurant thats open till late that provides drinks and food.

GGuest UserA Stunning Aesthetic Marred by Disappointing Service My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression. The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations. This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service. Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing. On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience. In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. A seamless harmony of remarkable aesthetics and attentive service will undoubtedly make for an even more remarkable stay at this captivating hotel.

SStuart22The Pullman Bercy is ideal if you want a relaxed, modern hotel in an extremely safe and accessible neighbourhood. Great for those who value comfort and luxury. + Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins. + Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily. + Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. - The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.

GGuest UserThe room is bigger than expected, and the location is convenient. It takes only one hour to get to the airport by subway. The surrounding area is mainly government offices, so there are not many tourists. You need to take the subway to go to the busy commercial area. The bathroom is a bit small, and it would be more convenient if there is a rack for hanging towels or clothes. The breakfast is delicious and rich.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful; they spoke English slowly and clearly, which was great since we don't speak French. The surrounding area has excellent amenities, and it's super convenient to get around by bus or metro. Plus, the Eiffel Tower is practically right there!

LLi,lilyI like the decoration style, a bit of Art Deco, and it still has a sense of quality for a 4-star hotel. It is located in a quiet location in the bustling Left Bank, and it is convenient to go out for meals. The hotel's breakfast is also rich. Although the room is relatively small, it has a balcony for ventilation and the price is cheap. The executive room is very spacious

FFloliaWe chose this hotel for its excellent location in Paris, and it did not disappoint. It is within a 5-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and both RER C and Metro Line 6 are nearby, making it very convenient to get around the city. Most major attractions are also easily accessible. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were generally friendly. However, there was one disappointing experience. We had an early schedule during our stay and requested a breakfast box the evening before, as we needed to leave the hotel at around 6:15 AM. When we came down the next morning, nothing had been prepared. After asking at reception, they quickly put something together, but it felt rushed, and they didn’t even confirm our room number when handing it over. The breakfast box itself was also below expectations considering the standard of the hotel. The room was a bit old but clean and well-maintained. It included a small sofa and table, and there was enough space to comfortably fit two 20-inch suitcases. Overall, the staff were kind, and choosing accommodation near the Eiffel Tower was definitely a good decision. Despite the issue with the breakfast box, we had a pleasant stay.
