Guest UserThe staff were so lovely. I took my dog who they loved and I got a lovely room, so nice and quiet. The shower was great, the bed was so comfortable. Free coffees in the morning which was bliss! It was so nice downstairs to just sit and chill, really nice vibes and just felt totally relaxed and at home. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, absolutely loved staying here. Will definitely be staying again!

Check in was very quick and easy. The room was minimalistic, clean and welcoming. We liked the layout. Two windows made it bright. The bed was very comfortable. Shower a good size. Check out quick and easy. Staff very nice. Really couldn’t find fault with anything.

Good location, the hotel is quite new, close to the city center, the hotel is large overall, square, very strong shape, like the previous castle converted, a little mysterious force feeling... Aberdeen is a very old city, not surprising... The room is not too big, but it is enough, good health, Breakfast is OK and the service is good. Overall is satisfactory, the hotel is good, but if you go to Aberdeen in the future, you may choose other hotels in other cities in the city center...

Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with this hotel. The most important thing is that taxis can't pull up to the hotel because there's a sign on the roundabout next to the hotel prohibiting parking and a £10 fine. I ordered a taxi and waited in the hotel lobby. No one from the staff informed me about this. The taxi almost left without me, and as a result, I would have missed the helicopter departing for the platform.
Secondly, I think the standard of your breakfast is important not only to me. I really have five times more choice at work. Unfortunately, I decided not to stay at your hotel anymore to avoid stress.

Dyno RodI have stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and this week the manager upgraded my room at no extra charge which was very much appreciated, thank you. I would also like to say thank you to my room attendant HK Natalia. I am not a great lover of the food however I did eat in the restaurant during my stay. I will be booking in next week again.
This hotel will be my first choice now were as before it was Mill of Mundorno in Bridge of Don

I had a very good time at the hotel very friendly staff good clean hotel. I would stay here again but possibly in the summer ☀️ the rooms are good with comfortable beds the only thing is the double mattress are two singles pushed together but still comfy the decore is abit outdated but it goes with the hotel. My suggestion would be for a spar or swimming pool

CHENGGood can't be better, this hotel has first-class service to sanitation, the rooms are super large, the views from the floor-to-ceiling windows are beautiful, the airport is close, and the front desk service is particularly good!
