GGuest UserThe hotel is good. The staff is very friendly. The cuisine is very good! I didn't even want to eat anywhere else. It's just a pity the internet failed, it was cut off by a tractor.... But everything is great, the situation was saved by the mobile internet, which worked well in the room

MMonal KulharaI stayed at Hotel Ramada in Mumbai from 6th to 9th October and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's location is convenient, and the food, especially the breakfast, was fantastic. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers!

GGuest UserI really feel there should be some decrease in the room rate as it's too high even on weekdays. The overall stay was really good but I was really unhappy with the no entry of Auto Rickshaw inside the property. My mom is a senior citizen with 2 hip replacements. I was being told Rick is not allowed inside so I had to make her walk inside completely. Kindly relook and rethink about it before somebody is being stopped in future. Even at reception i was being informed Visitors are not allowed which was very shocking I had booked 2 Deluxe twins after checking details. I did book as I am a Platinum member and food package was available to book. After entering the room I didn't see a bathtub in the bath room which was very strange which was clearly mentioned in facilities. Later I did check for a room upgrade for atleast 1 room as I mentioned I am a Platinum member but the staff clearly denied it which was again upsetting for me. Iron bed was missing in both rooms. Please give atleast room slippers For Lunch i did order Dal Khichdi, Biryani and Poori Bhaji all was super yummy and instructions were very well followed by the staff, even the quantity was also good as per the prices but the issue i had was when the food came i was being ask to pay first which was very really weird. I did check with the guy can't I pay at the time of check out while settling the bills. He is like NO. I was really unhappy with this kind of rule which i haven't heard My stay included the Lunch or Dinner plan so I decided to go for Dinner with my family. The restaurant was very good with an amazing and welcoming staff specially Biswajit was very kind and helpful till the end and dinner food was just yummmm. Thank you Chef Vikram was such good taste and dishes we ordered
Keeping in mind the outstanding dinner, the morning breakfast wasn't that great in taste and wasn't a lavish spread. Idli weren't soft at all and Sabudana Khichdi was oily. The only items I liked were crispy Dosa and Thin parathas. Breakfast would have included Upma, Medu vada, Seviyan upma and Poha for sure
The overall stay in Seven Eleven was good but the authorities really need to look into above pointers for sure to make it more better

GGuest UserI stayed at ibis thane for 2 nights. My stay was good at this property and service was also good. I feel the walls of the rooms are made of cardboard, very thin and we were able to have conversation to.our next room's colleague without even go to their room. But my major concern was breakfast. Their breakfast has very very less options, that too costs approx Rs.800. Price is not an issue but this price is not justified with what they provide in breakfast.
I would suggest to go Barbeque Nation or Caravan Menu instead and spend 800 and there you will get hell lot of varieties as compared to IBIS thane.
