WWozhixiangshuijuejueA quiet haven. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; you can't hear any noise even though the runway is right in front of you. The lobby always has travelers hurrying by with their luggage, either just arriving or about to depart. Breakfast is served quite early, perfect for those catching an early flight.

The facilities are great, and the soundproofing is exceptional; you can barely hear any plane noise despite being right next to the airport. The bathroom was fully equipped with plenty of hot water and all the necessary toiletries, which was very reassuring. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was delicious, catering to different tastes. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, perfect for relaxation or business travel. What truly stood out to me was the professional and attentive service team. Whether it was bringing water, cleaning the room, or answering questions, I felt valued and cared for. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the city. I would also highly recommend it to friends and family.

KKimI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room.
The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring.
Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car.
I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.

GGuest UserStaying at this hotel during my London trip was truly the best choice. The staff always greeted me with a smile, making me feel right at home, and the room was clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast, especially, was made with fresh ingredients, making me look forward to it every morning. The location was also great, making it easy to get around to nearby attractions. If I visit London again, I definitely want to stay here!

MM34960****The service was excellent; they immediately changed my room when I mentioned the noise. The room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable—I fell asleep quickly. There's a large supermarket nearby, which was very convenient for shopping. However, I found the breakfast at this Holiday Inn to be quite mediocre.

TT.DublinLadies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly.
There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.

Hhuangyan27738110I was given a very bad room. There were still several steps from the bathroom. I went to the front desk and asked to change the room. The front desk said there was no room. Why didn't you give me a better room? Sure enough, I got up in the middle of the night and tripped on the toilet. And there was no phone in the room, so I went to the front desk to ask anything. The wifi signal disappears as soon as the room door is closed. If you want to use wifi, you cannot close the door. You can meet any strange flower,
