"The hotel is close to the subway entrance, which is suitable for catching a flight. The receptionist is an old man, who is very serious. We chose this place because we had to pick up the car the next day and it was close to the car rental company. There is a small church next to it."

Great
CcadeeperConveniently located. There are hotel signs on the airport's departure level, but not on the arrival level, so you need to go up one floor.
It's in the same building as Express, and the breakfast is probably more extensive. This time, at the Crowne Plaza breakfast, I had leafy greens. There were also three or four types of yogurt, including self-serve from a large bowl, and individual packaged ones too. The fruit selection was the most I've seen at a UK breakfast, and there was a wide variety of cheeses. I even tried blue cheese for the first time and realized it tastes a bit like fermented bean curd. There were also three or four kinds of cold cuts/ham. But what I value most is the vegetables 🥬.
The menu shown is for dinner.
KKimI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room.
The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring.
Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car.
I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.
CCraigdunVery conveniently located a few minutes walk from Hatton Cross underground. Giving access to Heathrow terminals and central London. We dropped our car and left luggage at reception at 10am and took the train into London. The hotel had a lively bar area, snack bar and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent, huge choice and everything looked fresh. The whole experience exceeded expectations. Good value for money. Even parking was reasonable (£18 for 24 hours) will definitely stay again
AAnonymous UserThe room was amazing and clean. It had a nice aroma.
The staff were polite and helpful too. Breakfast was very good. The location was ideal because we didn't want to go into London and it was bang on the exit from London.
GGuest UserFor just over 290 yuan, what more can you ask for? There are just too many Ibis hotels around the airport, four of them, so it's a bit confusing to tell them apart. But it's definitely cheap, a godsend for transit passengers. The hygiene is okay, but there's no bottled water in the room. They gave me two beds, which is hilarious – if four people were transiting and splitting the cost, it would only be about 70 yuan each!
GGuest UserStaying at this hotel during my London trip was truly the best choice. The staff always greeted me with a smile, making me feel right at home, and the room was clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast, especially, was made with fresh ingredients, making me look forward to it every morning. The location was also great, making it easy to get around to nearby attractions. If I visit London again, I definitely want to stay here!
MM34960****The service was excellent; they immediately changed my room when I mentioned the noise. The room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable—I fell asleep quickly. There's a large supermarket nearby, which was very convenient for shopping. However, I found the breakfast at this Holiday Inn to be quite mediocre.
TT.DublinLadies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly.
There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.
Hhuangyan27738110I was given a very bad room. There were still several steps from the bathroom. I went to the front desk and asked to change the room. The front desk said there was no room. Why didn't you give me a better room? Sure enough, I got up in the middle of the night and tripped on the toilet. And there was no phone in the room, so I went to the front desk to ask anything. The wifi signal disappears as soon as the room door is closed. If you want to use wifi, you cannot close the door. You can meet any strange flower,
